「Room was clean, it just would not get warm. The heat wouldn’t turn on. So I ended up grabbing the extra bedding set and adding that blanket on top of the comforter for additional warmth. Breakfast was good. The power went out a few times in the morning due to the snow storm, but the front desk workers were really good in keeping those of us down there calm.」

「This is a great hotel. We got stuck in Cincinnati die to a winter storm. Deandre at the front desk was so accommodating and provided our group of six all of the necessities we did not have i.e. toothbrush toothpaste. The room is very clean and the bed was so comfortable after rough day on the road. We would definitely stay here again even without being snowed in.」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. They offered parking in the parking garage next door and explained how to use the QR code so you would be able to go in and out of the garage without having to pay the daily fee each time. The room was clean, beds and pillows were comfy. The free breakfast consisted of a variety of foods such as eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, donuts, bagels, and a few other things.
