Hotel com diária cara e cobra muito caro por serviços a parte como toalha para piscina, bebidas, alimentação. Comida é mediana, atendimento do bar é lento, horário do Hotpark encerra muito cedo mesmo para hóspedes.

Surpresa NEGATIVA a estadia no Rio Quente

Hotel tipico para casais com filhos. Café da manhã, durante as 5 diárias, não houve nenhuma mudança de cardápio. Primeira noite jantamos no Restaurante Cora (PÉSSIMO), além de caro, muito sujo, sem nenhuma preocupação com a higiene, buffet, com aspecto de comida velha. Boa parte das piscinas do Hotel Cristal, ficaram em manutenção durante a nossa estadia, as que estavam disponíveis, simplesmente LOTADAS, sem nenhuma preocupação com o contágio do COVID, lamentável. Jantar no restaurante da Mata, tem um custo por pessoa de R$ 145,00, totalmente inviável. Tudo muito caro, literalmente uma exploração ! Alguém deve levar vantagens nestes preços abusivo.

Nicht besonders sauber. Zimmer wurde nur jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt obwohl eine tägliche Reinigung versprochen wurde. Der General Manager ließ sich nicht blicken. Preis/Leistung definitiv nicht gerecht obwohl die Anlage in der Natur sehr schön lag. Bleib trotzdem eine Enttäuschung!

Lugar lindo, serviço péssimo e cobrança abusiva

A beleza do lugar é simplesmente incrível, porém os serviços são péssimos. Comida horrível, tumulto na hora de servir (todas as refeições) , pouca variedade e falta reposição dos alimentos, bagunça, barulheira e desordem do staff. Preços abusivos , principalmente pelo péssimo serviço prestado em todos os aspectos. Acomodações "ok" mas pelo preço cobrado, tudo poderia ser muito melhor. No final da estadia quase nos expulsaram. O check out estava programado para às 10h do domingo, sábado a tarde já enviaram cartinha pedindo para agilizar a saída. Para um resort que cobra R$ 1.300,00 a diária, inadmissível.
