Em relação a acessibilidade nas áreas comum o hotel fica um pouco a desejar, na entrada/saída do toalhete dentro do restaurante eles colocaram uma mesa o que dificulta a passagem de pessoas com pouca mobilidade, minha filha ao sair do banheiro devida a falta de espaço tropeçou e acabou batendo o rosto nesta mesa/aparador ( que esta ali por enfeite) ficou com o rosto todo roxo devido a pancada. Ao alertar o gerente sobre o risco ele fez pouco caso e manteve o objeto no mesmo lugar.

Ótimo hotel gostamos muito dos quartos, comodidade, atendimento. Únicos pontos de atenção café da manhã sem muita variedade com produtos industrializados (bolachas, bolos) precisava de uma variedade maior de comidas doces. E outro ponto muito importante as camareiras começam a bater nas portas dos quartos 8h da manhã perguntando se querem que limpem. Acho que neste ponto elas deveriam limpar os quartos na hora que o hospide solicitasse. E se a pessoa quiser dormir até mais tarde? Do restante tudo muito bom

Atendimento muito bom mas os quartos não

Fiquei muitas vezes nesse hotel ao longo dos últimos anos, mas ultimamente a qualidade dos quartos tem decaído demais. Inicialmente os quartos e banheiros eram bem cuidados, mas agora parece que não tem mais aquele cuidado todo. Comecei a reparar essa queda na qualidade de 2023 pra cá. A não ser que a recepção esteja me colocando sempre em quartos ruins, mas infelizmente não está dando mais para se hospedar.

Pelo custo benefício incrível acomodação razoável colchão tem certo desconforto travesseiros muito ruim parte interna do travesseiro amarelada e não tinha outros pra trocar tv só 3 canais aberto toalhas de banho bem usadas muito ruins aconselho levar esses itens de casa chuveiros ducha bem os furinhos entupidos tirando esses itens mencionados o Hotel é ótimo excelente ótimo café da manhã refeições nota 10 excelente recomendo esse hotel a todos funcionários recptivos e cordiais otimas piscinas de agua quente sauna e bar excelente hotel.....

Estadia muito boa. A estrutura do hotel é ótima. Piscinas de águas quentes formidáveis. A simpatia de alguns funcionários deixa a desejar. Do quarto são percebidos todos os ruídos da parte externa do hotel.
