The Good: • Location: Very central and conveniently located near most restaurants and malls. • Amenities: Great facilities. We really enjoyed the heated pool, swim-up bar, pool tables, and the functional weight room. • Breakfast: Absolutely delicious with zero complaints. If I had to nitpick, it would be nice if it stayed open until 10:00 AM instead of closing at 9:30 AM. • Value: The room rate was fair and right around what I expected to pay. What Could Be Improved: • WiFi & Billing: The WiFi is advertised at 1 Real per day, but the connection kept dropping. Every time I had to log back in, the system triggered a new charge, resulting in multiple overcharges on my final bill. • The Room: The room itself and the TV felt a bit dated, and the channel selection was pretty limited. • Mini-Fridge: It was completely empty. It was a bit of a hassle having to go all the way downstairs just to get a drink or a snack. • Housekeeping: Room cleaning isn't automatic. You have to explicitly request it, which would have been nice to know beforehand.

Avaliação do hotel de maneira geral!

Estacionamento não é coberto, e tem poucas vagas, quase que não deu para guardar o carro, muitos hóspedes teve que deixar o carro para o lado de fora do estacionamento. Só tem 2 elevadores muito pequenos, que estão sempre cheios, e demora muito para conseguir usar. Acho que são poucas piscinas para o tamanho do hotel, pois as piscinas durante o final de semana ficam bem lotadas. Fiquei hospedado no andar 11, e mesmo assim vinha muito barulho de fora, a ponto de incomodar para dormir e as cortinas são péssimas, entram muita luz. O hotel é bom, mas você encontra opções melhores por valor menor!

Queremos sombra e água fresca.

Foi muito boa. Pretendemos voltar. Café da manhã senti faltar de: cuscuz, batata, mandioca, tapioca, mais opções de proteína. No bar à noite pedimos um contra filé, que parecia um pedaço de borracha duro e fino, quebrou até o garfo. No outro dia, pedi um x-salada pra viagem, dava na palma da mão de tão pequeno, decepcionante. Não recomendo essas opções de pedido a ninguém. Ademais tudo muito bom.

O hotel é bom, café da manhã e almoço ótimos, porém ao chegarmos no quarto o frigobar e ar condicionado não estava funcionando direito, fiz a solicitação na recepção para reparo mesmo após o funcionário ir até o quarto para conserto o ar condicionado não ficou bom. Poderiam ter nos trocado de quarto mas isso não aconteceu. As piscinas são muito boas.

Perfeita a acomodação, lugar limpo, atendimento excelente. Café da manhã ótimo. Estacionamento sugiro uma melhoria no acesso ao interfone pois precisa descer do veículo para solicitar abertura na entrada e saída, mas nada que desabone o local. Muito bem localizado.

Incrível hotel

Incrível.. Ótimas piscinas, quentinhas. Ficamos em um flat muito confortável, já vem com os edredons, toalhas. Achei isso ótimo. O café da manhã e o almoço são maravilhosos. Ótimo hotel. Comprei a reserva pelo Hotels.com imprimi a reserva e só cheguei lá e mostrei. Foi tudo certo.
