「到了公寓位置才被通知要去大概十公里以外拿钥匙，对出行的旅客来讲非常不方便，还有卫生情况非常一般，这家公司管理能力很差！」

「The guidance for direction was perfect. The room was spotless. It had everything we needed. The only thing was that the dishes could be cleaner.」

「I had reserved 4 nights during the Winter Olympics and the location of this apartment is ideal. The neighbourhood is safe and with a supermarket nearby. The metro station is just right downstairs and it only takes 10-15 minutes to arrive at the Central train station and Duomo by metro. If the heating function of the split type air-conditioner can be stronger, it would be ideal. And the elevator did not function throughout my stay, wonder if it normally operates.」
