First of all they gave us a room has no A/C working in the room then when my wife called front office to complaint about it there was a guy who works at front desk in the afternoon reply to her in a rude way and told us to wait for half 15 minutes for A/C to get cool down we have waited 30 minutes and still ac was not cooling and we complained again regarding this issue then they have send a maintenance guy and maintenance guy would not be able to fix that issue then they offer us to move into another room so again inconveniently we have pack our stuff and move to another room and look what we have seen lampshade with dark mold on it even on a yellow pillow they gave us and when we told them about it they have been finding an excuse that it’s normal nothing will happen to you then i got surprised that they don’t even know about Customers health priorities and they play with customer health so then we went to front desk right away and demand us a refund and let us go then according to them they will upgrade us a room and look what they gave us i know it’s a big room but has no safety at all balcony door is not closing so we have to keep it open all the time so there is no safety or privacy plus bathroom door has won’t get lock and they have a bathtub look where they put shower curtain 6 inches far from bathtub so water comes from Shower goes here and there and every time we call the office for any issue or anything their attitude is always bad there was no professionalism.

Excellent Hotel!

It was our first time visiting Goa & we stayed at Bloom Suites Calangute. We had a phenomenal stay during our trip! The staff & service at this resort were excellent. The rooms were modernly styled and tidy. Our housekeeping staff did a great job ensuring we came back to a fresh, clean & welcoming environment on a daily basis. My fiancé and I also visited the resort restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner. During all times, the hospitality was amazing. The staff were attentive and the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning to this resort & recommend it to future travellers! Thanks again Bloom Suites for a memorable visit.

Value for Money Hotel in Calangute with few issues

The Wi-Fi connectivity was a serious problem. Was just not working and literally had to stand in the corridor to get connectivity. The AC cooling was also a concern but got sorted later. Overall a decent stay, Value for Money and a good team.

Location is 3 km from the local Calungete Beach; it is not safe, do not go there. Baga Beach is clean and safe and great food but over a 5km walk from the hotel and the taxi’s are not metered so they charge what they want. Walking in Goa is dangerous and unpleasant. The hotel was good and the staff are awesome. Food is decent and the cost is reasonable. A few good restaurants close to the hotel are good options also. If you want to stay a few days at the hotel and not venture far then this is an ideal choice. If you want to explore Goa and the beaches you must stay close to Baga Beach.

The hotel is very nice and has a beautiful and calm feel to it. It is very clean and enjoyable. Only downside was the room service. They could improve on the timeliness. Otherwise it is highly recommended to stay here.

Peaceful stay at a great location

The rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable and they serve a delicious breakfast buffet. Staff at front desk is cordial and helpful. Had a great stay so would recommend this place.

Terrible, pathetic customer service, fraud.

Before I booked, I confirmed if I would be able to check in early. I was told, as long as rooms were available, it should not be a problem. Guess what - when we reached there, they denied giving us early checkin without paying for an additional day. We had to wait for their ego to be satisfied and were finally given rooms later in the day. When we reached the rooms, the keys did not work. This almost happened always all the time, not just with us, but with a lot of other guests. One of the rooms AC was not working, and it took them more than 3+ hours to attend and finally move us to a different room. There were times when the elevators won't work and there was no one to repair them for hours. We had to step up more than 70% of the times and unfortunately our rooms were located on 4th floor. Their breakfast is a joke. The time it ends is 11am. At around 10.30 milk was out, so we asked the server to get us some more, and he said that its almost time. I told him that there still time to which he responded - "by the time we bring it, it will be 11". The spread also does not have much to offer. Any other service that you need is chargeable. The only time they move is when they can charge for it. We were so furious that we had asked for the manager, who did show up to address our concerns. He assured that things will get better and to make it up, he would refund 1 nights fare for both the rooms we booked. I have a letter that states that as well, however no Refund yet. FRAUD.
