「Cleanliness Needs Major Improvement It would have been a much better experience if we had not been greeted by cockroaches when we checked in. Unfortunately, the place appears to have a serious cockroach infestation and needs a very thorough cleaning and pest treatment. 「Room is big enough for a family to stay. Tho the soap and shampoo should be given each day. Needs to improve on racks for soap and shampoo in their bathroom. Also, the bathroom has stains on the tiles. Need to clean more. Tho we had a good stay, aircon cannot cool the entire area during summer. Ref is not working.」
