The hotel put the towels on the toilet and took no further action until I asked them give me two new towels.

Front staff was outstanding, friendly and so helpful. Breakfast upstairs was great and daily room maid service was excellent. Hotel is a great location and highly reommend it. Cocktails on the sixth floor has great views.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect place for our first few days in Rome. The location was amazing — we were able to walk almost everywhere and were so close to so many of the main sights, restaurants, cafés, and everything we wanted to experience. It made exploring Rome so easy. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and such a nice place to come back to after long days walking around the city. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. We had such a great experience here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. We would definitely stay again!
