They went above and beyond, even delivering our luggage free of charge! To the next hotel where we were staying since our small rental car didn’t fit everything. 「We had a great stay, the apartment had everything we needed and the pool and location were perfect. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room broke, and was not working for 3 out of the 6 nights. The reception did give us a fan which helped, but due to the heatwave it was still very warm in the room.」

「The hotel was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We had a rental car and the free parking for the town is only a short walk from the hotel. It is located right in the heart of everything and was an easy walk to anything we wanted to see. The breakfast in the morning was a good snack to start the day and tasted wonderful.
