The room was very large and really beautifully decorated and well maintained. Having freshly cooked breakfast brought to you was a treat. Cannot recommend this hotel enough」

「When we first arrived it was late and on getting into the room we were a little disappointed; it’s very basic with no tea/coffee facilities and the mattress on the bed is extremely thin and hard. 「Nice hotel, we booked 2 rooms one for 2 adults and one for rest of the family, but standard rooms are not ideal for 2 adults and a child. All staff except the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, sadly each of the receptionists that we encountered had a strange attitude towards customers requesting support. Food very good and a great variety, pool area and bar teams were great with families.」

「The room had no air conditioning so it was far too hot to sleep. Parking was a nightmare as spaces are very limited so had to find a street away from the hotel. Breakfast wasn’t great quality and pigeons leaving faeces in the area which I appreciate isn’t the hotels fault but perhaps a cover over the outside area. Staff helpful and friendly and overall modern clean hotel. Disappointed whirlpools on roof were freezing cold.」
