"The air conditioning was not sufficient....it was very hot to the point I had to request room change. It made no difference....apart from the lack of ac in the rooms, hotel is a bit old but to be fair. It is clean and has a nice ocean view, food wasn't good at all. I would look for another place to stay."

"Absolutely terrible. Rubbish customer service, nobody available on arrival waited 2 hours for them to be able to find our booking at midnight. Had the room less than 8 hours due to this hiccup and wouldn’t let us upgrade a couple of extra hours. Old fashioned, dirty shower/toilet, cockroaches and uncleanliness! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!"

We were disappointed with the location of our room above restaurant which lead to a 6.30 wake up call and noise travel until 11pm despite enquiring prior to check in for a quiet room (for elderly traveler), seeking assurance upon check-in and mentioning it on check-in feedback. Avoid block 2, floor 1 close to restaurant otherwise lovely stay."
