"DO NOT BOOK! I booked this property months in advance and less than 24 hours before I was due to arrive, they moved me to a neighbouring hotel. The hotel they moved me to had lesser facilities, was a French and Italian speaking hotel and was very dated. I visited Janna e Sole to ask what had happened and if they could move me back to where I originally booked, they were rude and dismissive. "We had a wonderful time at the Jazz Hotel, we went as a couple and met up with family who also stayed at the Jazz and had a wheelchair, ramp to assist and left available to take you to room. Cleanliness is excellent, reception staff are absolutely amazing cannot do enough for you. Restaurant and bar staff also fantastic and always smiling. Excellent breakfast lots of choice. Easy access to town and other restaurants. We visited some beautiful beaches €1 ticket purchased from newspaper stand left to car park will get you to several beaches in 20 minutes. Our 2nd visit will definitely return. "
