A localização é realmente muito boa, mas o primeiro quarto que disponibilizaram era ruim, bem fechado e tinha mofo nas paredes. Pedimos para mudar e nos ofereceram um quarto numa pousada ao lado. Essa era simples, mas atendeu as necessidades.

O tropical hotel é horrível. Reclamei e muito que né mudassem de quarto pois era abafado com móveis velhos esem qualquer ventilação, inclusive o ar não estava gelando como deveria, foi horrível. Diante de minha negativa me colocaram em outra pousada ( pousada tropical), que foi boa .

Atendimento excelente pessoal super atencioso, prestativo acomodação muito aconchegante , cama travesseiro confortáveis café da manhã bom ambiente muito agradável recomento. Localização excelente perto de tudo não tivemos dificuldade pra encontrar Amamos. Alguma pontos a melhorar são os lençóis da cama com algumas manchas creio que de maquiagem o ar condicionado não gela muito bem o chuveiro e a ducha do banheiro funcionam mais precisa melhorar ducha porque está com vazamento e o chuveiro com defeito na saída de água e pra esquentar precisa de um tranco.

Me hospedei no período de 18 a 21/02/2025, e amei a estadia. Me alojaram no primeiro quarto à esquerda, e do lado da janela fica a escada, imaginei que por ser passagem fosse fazer barulho a noite, mas não. Quarto limpo, roupas de cama e banho cheirosas. O ar-condicionado moderno e silencioso. Eu dormi feito uma pena. A pousada fica na rua principal da Vila de Morro, de muito fácil acesso. Café simples, porém tinham todas as opções que são fornecidas por hotéis. Os funcionários super educados e prestativos. E o que achei massa é eles se preocuparem em guardar a bagagem depois que o hóspede faz o checkout e disponibilizar um banheiro para quem desejar tomar banho antes de partir. Indico a hospedagem e sempre que voltar em Morro me hospedarei aqui.

Café muito ruim, me refiro a qualidade, pois a comida não tinha sabor, outras coisas estragadas, azedas, dormida. No geral as fotos do site não condizem com as instalacoes. Não recondo
