ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING PLACE. Staff were abrupt and no direction of how things worked in the hotel, breakfast etc. No kettle in room, just a water cooler, that had a heat and warm button on that didn't work. Tiny fridge built in the cooler which was filthy and cracked. Furniture had glass tops on tables that had been cut down and the glass was all cracked. TV with one working channel. Bathroom was disgusting and probably not seen cleaning products since it opened. Choice of 1 pillow on the bed with stained sheets. Wardrobe with no doors and a wooden safe in it that you couldn't even open the door to. Balcony with so much sand and dust on, that hasn't been wiped down before you get there. Door to room looked like it had been broken into previously. Phoned down to reception for a kettle and tea/coffee which didn't arrive. We arrived at 1am in the morning and left at 9am that day as it was disgusting!!!

Excellent, clean, friendly staff, beautiful property. Outside property somewhat noisy next to busy road, an 8 km journey to Pyramids. Great place to stay, just book your room away from busy road.

Great hotel, give it a try.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were made to feel special. The gardens are spotless and the staff are so helpful. The room was basic but what more do you want when you are there just to sleep. Honestly this will be my go to hotel from now in Cairo.
