金字塔景觀套房可以直接看到金字塔、獅身人面像，頂樓餐廳吃飯可以體驗金字塔旁用餐，跨年夜來住真的非常適合，到吉薩金字塔景區也非常近。不過害怕音樂的人在跨年夜可能會睡不著，房間的隔音沒有很好。

Abbiamo preso una camera vista piramidi ma la vista era limitata. Inoltre la camera doveva essere matrimoniale ma i letti erano separati. Lenzuola dei letti non pulitissime, bagno scomodo, senza possibilità di appoggiare nulla (ad esempio un beauty case) per mancanza di spazio. Colazione difficile, con poche cose e con poca igiene. La vista dal rooftop però è meravigliosa trovandosi perfettamente di fronte alla sfinge e offrendo qualcosa davvero di unico.

Fruits are not fresh, rooms are clean, but the elevators and floors are filthy. Dining Staff are nice. But Guy Mohammad over charge everything. Everyone around that are want to rip you off. It’s not a good impression for tourists.

Being a first-time solo female traveler, the staff made me feel safe and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely professional and attentive and provided great customer service as well as the other staff members. Overall, my stay was pleasant.

Never got offer the breakfast. The a/c in the room kept shutting off every 30 minutes. Went 3 times to thelobby to ask to fix the problem and never got fix. Also I never got pick up from the airport and when I called them they said the shuttle is a minimum of 3 nights. Also I booked room with a balcony and I end up in regular room with no balcony or view with a messed up A/C. The only good thing was the rooftop bar with the best view of the pyramids. Will never recommend this place to stay.

Property was well located just in front of the pyramids, best view hotel in the area. The service was great, All the staff were attentive and friendly. Samir, the manager, made sure throughout our stay that we had everything we needed. The location being close to the pyramids is perfect, but the neighbourhood is very unsafe. Definitly you need a tour guide to be around.

Very pushy and almost demands that you to purchase a tour package from them before you're even checked into your room. If you're not an assertive person...steer clear because they will take advantage and rip you off.

The overall look of the hotel is OK. The service was fine. Negative: the facilities seem very old. At first hand, nothing seems to work fine. My A/C had to be repaired, the water heater had to be reset by myself and never seemed to work at full capacity, the wifi had to be manually entered in my phone by a staff member. The soap and shampoo bottles looked dirty and previously used. One of those bottles even had red paint marks. Also, almost everyone is expecting tips from you. I understand the tipping culture, specially when salaries are very low. But I ended up feeling like a walking ATM all the time :/ . Positive: the staff was friendly during my stay. They gave water bottles for free whenever you were seated in the terrace. The look from the hotel is amazing. The food is very good. They offer free shuttle from the airport from the hotel. But a drop of to the airport is not free. Uou need to pay around $30 plus tips to get from the hotel to the airport.
