The hotel staff take wonderful pride in the property and service. And the hotel is very attractive. Breakfast is excellent. However, it is difficult to evaluate the hotel because the government is building the meteo on Alharam- making it more challenging to walk to the pyramids, or any nearby business.

I have no complaints except a very tiny insignificant one that the TV remote didn't work, which made it hard to watch TV because i couldn't change the channel. But that didn't matter to me. I'm only mentioning it because I found it a little funny. The room was more beautiful than advertised. It was nice and quiet and spacious and very comfortable. I loved the balcony. I enjoyed the view from there. The staff was very friendly, which was wonderful. I definitely recommend staying here.

El hotel debió ser 5 estrellas. Hay muestra de ello, pero está en clara decadencia. No hay mantenimiento, literal se está cayendo a pedazos… se pagó con desayuno y aunque el personal se esforzaba por atender, la logística no les daba. Creo que si sigue así, no sobrevive más allá de seis meses…

Conosco l'Egitto. Sempre tutto approssimativo. La cosa che più mi da fastidio è che hanno l'abitudine di non cambiare le lenzuola tra un cliente e l'altro. Smantando il letto si nota chiaramente che il lenzuolo è stato usato. In questo hotel, avendo prolungato per altre due notti, ho cambiato la stanza ed ho avuto lo stesso problema in entrambe le camere. Purtroppo durante il giorno ero sempre fuori e non ho mai potuto parlare con la cameriera ai piani. Dirlo alla reception è come parlare "al muro".

This is the worst hotel I stayed in it in my whole life. They have the most rude staff I ever met. I travel a lot locally and internationally and I stayed at many stars levels hotels and hostels from one star to seven stars and never faced such rude staff. Avoid this hotel and never book in it. You will be throwing your money. You know, throw your money from the window will be much better than staying even for one night in this hotel. Stuff are very rude specially at the reception and the management and the security. All of them they push you in a bad way to get extra money from you which is against the law and against all the norms. Also, they never read comments and special requests from Expedia Chats and they do the complete reverse of that so you pay them extra money. Also, they never reply back to your requests neither by email or phone or call or through Expedia. The hotel has none of the amenities mentioned and they were laughing in a rude way that this is something from the past beautiful history and that we are dreaming, and it is good that they give me a bed to sleep in. Stay in a tent in the street is better than staying with them. One star hotels are much better than that, I dunno how Expedia keeps them around. The only thing is the housekeeping team is not bad. But the hotel, they frightened me and I left the hotel after an hour and they refused to get me back any of my money.

VERY BAD HOTEL AND HOTELS AGENCY

無論是酒店還是Hotels訂房網都超級爛, 詳情可以看底下英文, 還搞一個字數限制, 總之就是為了超級髒的房間要退房,浪費了我2個月的近10通電話,6.7個小時溝通,每次通電話就說要打給飯店確認,然後飯店不接,最終對話結果就是Hotels表示對方一直不接受退款,他們也無能為力,然後就不甘它們的事情了, Hotels在中間賺錢然後遇到問題只能表示無能為力,一點保障也沒有 Both the hotel and the HOTELS agency are very bad. I booked 4 nights in the hotel but the room's toilet paper was yellow/the tap was broken/the carpet was dirty/the room was too noisy, Reception said he couldn't change the room for me, but he would help me solve the problem immediately. I waited for 30mins at mid-night. No one took care of it until I told the reception I would check out tomorrow, and they finally let me change the room. but the second room still so dirty. The quilt smell very bad, and the pillows are yellow. I check out immediately the next day. When I asked for a refund, the reception said the return not via them, need to apply from the agency. In order to avoid them not acknowledging so I asked for a certificate before I left, they issued a certificate of only one day's accommodation, But the result was the HOTELS agency always delayed and waste my time. After 2 months of over 10 calls, I wasted 6.7 hours of communication. Every time I called, HOTELS only said the hotel did not answer. and the final result is that HOTELS said the hotel doesn't accept the refund, and HOTELS were powerless. HOTELS be an agency to earn the money but they can't solve any problems, can not do anything, no matter this hotel or HOTELS agency are the worst.

Not a 4 Star.

If this is a 4 star hotel, I'm Oprah Winfrey. Hotel is in major disrepair other than the lobby and dining area. Most of the staff were nice but some were rude and only cater to Arabic guests. Bed was uncomfortable. I would rate this hotel as 2.5 star which matches the low price I paid.

Sehr schlechtes Management in allen Sparten des Hotels. Generalmanager Zitat: „ ich weis alles und an mir kommt keiner vorbei „ sagt alles aus, obwohl in 14 Tagen nur einmal zu Gesicht bekommen und nach meinen Reklamationen überhaupt nichts wusste. Er kennt die Zustände im Hotel absolut nicht !!! Frechheit ! Werbung mit Indoorpool ist totaler Fake. Geschlossen angeblich wegen Corona, jedoch bei Besichtigung eine total kaputte Baustelle und heruntergekommene Abstell und Müllhalde. Mind. schon lange vor Corona ! Angeblich auch wegen Corona Kaffee, Tee in Pappbecher mit Plastiklöffel Essen nur auf Styropor Teller und Schalen Plastikbesteck und und und …. Schade für die Mitarbeiter und den Hotelbau insgesamt Alles wird aufs letzte ausgequetscht Nicht kommen und selbst sich nicht ansehen !! Kein Kommentar mehr nötig Warum so ein Hotel von Expedia überhaupt angeboten wird ist mehr als fraglich M. Mayer

Disappointed

This hotel seems like it was good 20 years ago. Carpet and many of the furniture pieces are filthy. (I’ll include pics below). Rolling blackouts. Shower often didn’t work. We changed rooms however and it was fixed. In need of a massive overhaul. Way better options in Giza or Cairo. Would not advise a stay here.
