Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality! The staff were absolutely wonderful, thank you Zaher, Naama the manager, Shaimaa, and Ahmed. Everyone made me feel completely at home! Bravi!
I booked a bedroom for solo staying and needed to add another person for one night in my room. Neama the manager (not english speaker) asked me to pay x2 the amount of the Booking (almost 50 eur) and no girls inside the room.
Crazy bad tratment for guests
