「The Tides B & B is a wonderful place to stay in Ballybunion. It is clean and quiet and the mattress, pillows, and blanket were perfect. The bathroom had a bathtub and a separate shower, all updated. The continental breakfast the next morning was absolutely amazing with many choices of breads, cereals, juices, coffee, etc. My husband elected to pay a bit more and got a serving of crepes which were delicious! I would recommend The Tides without hesitation.」

「The Glencarrig B&B was the perfect place to stay! Our room was comfortable and we utilized the guest lounge and game room. The entire place was clean and quaint. Mary is a wonderful host with a true gift in hospitality. 「Staff are very helpful and willing to accommodate any requests. We are group of 4 families and the owner arranged kitchen staff to make breakfast to our liking and packed for some of our members who could not be on site for breakfast. We would definitely recommend the place without hesitation. 」

「This property is outstanding! The interior decorating and decor choices are just beautiful throughout the home. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linens and the bathroom was modern and perfect. It was spotlessly clean, extremely helpful staff and reception and the best breakfast in Ireland! I would absolutely recommend staying several nights if possible at this property.」

「It's an old fashioned hotel. If you feel physically limited be sure to tell them in advance; my room required stairs as the lift did not reach that level. The bathroom was fully modern. The breakfast was excellent, with kitchen orders as well as buffet. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The bar has live entertainment. The ground are spectacular, with a view of the river and falls.」
