Check-in e check-out interamente a distanza. Camera piccola, senza frigo bar. Unica presa di corrente per lato del letto: o si attacca l’abat-jour o si ricarica il cellulare. Asciugacapelli con spina tedesca: nella stanza non c’era nessuna presa compatibile. Tappo del bidet rotto. WC con problemi di scarico. Aria condizionata e zanzariera alle finestre. Trovato scarafaggio morto in corridoio. Potenza Wi-Fi scarsa

Friendly feel, even though not meeting anybody.

Nice place, very close to everything, and the floor with a few rooms has a very friendly / homely feel. It's perfect if you prefer 'homes' over hotels, and don't want to mingle around a lot of people. Didn't see anybody, just got the simple instructions for entry, and they were very kind and helpful with letting me check in early and leave the bag after check out. The room was comfortable, but a little bit dark (didn't mind as I practically only slept and showered there), definitely worth the price.

Awesome place

The stay was great. On a street filled with a ton of restaurants and I’d have to say the location was in a good spot. Communication was prompt and everything was as described. The only thing I’d have to note is if you’re a light sleeper it can get noisy outside. But besides that I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Cosy place in the middle of Cagliari

A small room in the middle of the restaurant street of Cagliarri. Easy self checkin procedure with clear ommunication. Location is perfect for 1 stay of 1 or 2 nights. The room is authentic, clean and cosy. Unfortunatly we had only 1 towel for 1 person and the pillows were very high but that were the only points that could have been better for us. Really to recommend this place

Gorgeous little find!

The room was gorgeous. Big comfortable bed, immaculate shower room. The location was ideal as a base to explore. The host was super helpful and very clear in all her comms. Would highly recommend.

Ein sehr nettes B&B, Zimmer Nr. 2 war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit Sesseln, einem Doppel- und einem Einzelbett, TV (Sprache auf englisch umstellbar), Klimaanlage, zwei Balkonen, Schreibtisch, Föhn, offenem Schrank, WC mit Bidet. W-LAN funktioniert sehr gut. Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle gibt es außerhalb des Zimmers. Sehr zentrale Lage in einer Fußgängerzone, insgesamt sehr lebhaft, aber toller Lokalkolorit (Ohrstöpsel sind unabdingbar, wenn man schlafen will!). Frühstück gibt es in einem netten kleinen Café, ca. 6 Minuten entfernt. Check in verlief reibungslos, Kontakt über WhatsApp hat bestens funktioniert. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr empfehlenswert!

Il check in è stato rapido, la camera era pulita, ordinata e spaziosa. L'albergo si trova in un'area centrale della città con molti locali. Se questo può essere un pregio per certi versi, dall'altra non è stato piacevole perchè fino a tarda notte c'è stato un gran vociare in strada. La struttura è senz'altro molto consigliata ma non per chi ha impegni lavorativi all'indomani mattino, nel fine settimana.

Great find !

Loved the place, had a couple of balconies overlooking the street. It was a funky little bedroom and bathroom, very big, clean, a great find. The only downfalls were no lifts, the place is on the first floor, also the street is blocked from cars, so you had to walk with the luggage from the taxi, apart from these two factors, everything was in walking distance to the main squares

Nunca me pude comunicar en forma directa con el Propietario, el mismo deja a cargo a la Sra de la limpieza, que no maneja bien el idioma. Nunca tienen tiempo ni ganas de brindarte información totalmente necesaria para quién es extranjero....no entiendo porque trabajan en turismo...

Non è un hotel, ma bef & breakfast

Se sorvoliamo sul fatto che non è un hotel, non ci sono riserve. Le rifiniture della camera sono arrangiate, e scadenti. La responsabile è stata molto cortese ed accogliente. Camera pulita. Direi tutto ok MA NON È UN HOTEL !!!!!
