It was hard to get to because of one way roads and construction. But it was very nice. We went there for Valentine's Day night. The buffet was booked but we got right in to the restaurant and it was a totally memorable place for our special day

Safe, central and comfortable
Handy location to shopping malls, safe and comfortable. It has always been my preferred hotel when in CDO. I hope the windows are cleaned so we can get a better view outside.

The staff was nice. Food was good. Scenery amazing but rooms need remodeling especial aircon position. Bit annoyed to hear power saws from workers too. Pool wad best part!

Only complaints were that the hot water was sporadic and often didnt work, no allowed to bring our own food like other hotels.

Excellent stay
It a very lovely place to stay in. The only minor issue is that they didn’t have enough coffee sachets or chocolate sachets. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic hotel and I would highly recommend it to both family and friends.

Had to wait over 2 hrs to get a room. Everybody waiting was all standing, some sitting on the floor. Not enough chairs in the lobby. Hotel rooms were not as cleaned well as before. For the price u pay, u would expect more. It’s not worth it here anymore.

The quality and maintenance of the furniture. Furniture is in ordinary plywood painted dark brown that was badly chipped. For 2 days, we had to repeatedly ask for the room to be cleaned. Cleaners showed up on third day. Garbage bins were overfilled. Enough Buffet food choices were available but the quality was bad.

Rooms were not as expected, quite old and dirty. The bidet was not working, the remote control of the tv was hard to use. Too expensive and services and amenities were not worth it.

Very poor customer service. Waited 4 minutes 10 feet in-front of the check counter in but 3 of the employees never asked us if we needed help. All 3 employees were too busy looking down at their desk or computer. I had to speak up and told them that I needed help. Seems that the employees of this facility need training for customer satisfaction. Molds are evident below the bathroom sink area. The shower bathroom rubber mat is pretty molded that my wife and I did not want to use. The building is nice and well maintained but I think this hotel is over-rated due to its poor customer service.

Too little too late
Room door lock issues, no service at pool access and pool bar. We had to call the front desk twice...We then had to swap rooms due to unrepairable room door lock issues..right in the middle of our late afternoon swim, lunch and beverage...the hotel offered us nothing for all of the inconveniences.
