Proche de notre lieu de rdv. Possibilité de faire la cuisine, gros avantage compte tenu de la situation actuelle. Bien situé,commerces à proximité. Disponibilité à la réception et très bon accueil . Petit coup de fraîcheur à prévoir (mobilier cuisine). En résumé, très bon rapport qualité/ prix !

Hotel avec petite cour permettant le stationnement facile de la voiture, personnel aimable et accueillant, chambre propre équipée d'une kitchenette très pratique avec bouilloire, grille pain, frigo, plaque de cuisson. La salle de bain était de taille convenable et avec une baignoire-douche. Nous avons passé qu'une seule nuit dans cet hotel, mais nous sommes très satisfaits. En prime, le prix est attractif. Quelque effort à faire niveau espace et ménage.

Personnel sympathique. Chambre propre dans l'ensemble mais peut mieux faire. Par contre la chambre était petite pour 2 personne et la salle de bain dans le placard... Du jamais vu. 😅. Donc prix un peu élevé pour ce qui est proposer.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil très chaleureux du gérant,il s'est montré à notre écoute et à nos petits soins. Simple,mais tout ce dont nous pouvions avoir besoins etait à notre disposition. Séjour d'une nuit pour travail. Accueil super au service du client, le studio nickel, pas mal de prise dispo bien pratique, parking dispo... Le seul hic la douche... Le débit était limite pour se laver, faites un truc. A part la douche vraiment bien.

Bon sejour au niveau qualité prix !

Bonjour J'ai loué un petit studio économique à Caen...très jolie ville du Calvados...ce studio ne se situait pas loin du centre ville et etait proche du mémorial...j'ai apprécié le confort la propreté le prix..,le seul problème c'est qu'il etait situé au 1er étage et proche d'une route et je ne pouvais pas laissé la fenêtre ouverte bien qu'il faisait chaud la nuit!... La clim aurait été tres adéquate.. Le personnel est très accueillant et tres discret et l'hôtel offre un parking pour les voiture..,

Good value for a room with kitchen a fridge

We stayed here 3 nights in mid May and used it as a base for visits to the Caen Memorial and the Normandy D Day beaches etc. We were satisfied with what we got. The free outdoor parking was excellent and having an Aldi supermarket across the road was a plus. The suburban location made driving easy. There was no lift but we were helped to carry luggage upstairs. The room was on the top floor with a window in the roof which did not seem to open. It was quiet and clean and the fridge stove and microwave worked well. The free wifi worked ok but you had to log on again each time and came with adverts. The only negative for us was the inability to open the window to let cool air in so sometimes we had to leave the door open to avoid being too warm. During warmer months the lack of air conditioning might be a problem with our room, however, it might be OK for rooms where a window could be opened.

Il n'y avait pas de gants dans la salle de bain. Il aurait été intéressant de trouver un ou 2 sachets de thé dans la chambre ainsi qu'un peu de café. C'était un studio trop petit pour deux personnes et les murs ne sont pas insonorisés. Cela dit, pour une simple nuit lorsque l'on assiste à un concert au Zénith, l'emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal.
