Good communication. If you show up after 2pm, you have to call the number on the office door. Lady was courteous and helpful. This is an older facility but has been well kept. Heat was not great (baseboard) but I did arrive around 1am. Room didn't warm up much overnight but was bearable. Would stay ...

Adorable cabin

Muddy area from parking to front porch. Sewer smell outside and inside was constant. Inadequate space to open sofa sleeper upstairs without blocking doorway to the bedroom.
