「La habitación estaba sucia y el drenaje del baño olía mal, las toallas deben reemplazarlas están muy gastadas, el aspecto en general de la infraestructura es descuidado. Tiene una buena ubicación para acceder al centro. El aire acondicionado funciona bien y las sábanas estaban limpias.」

「This was a "work" trip to visit the coffee farm and get information on importing green coffee. The cottages were very clean and equiped with everything you could need for your stay. The staff didn't speak any English which was a little bit of a barrier since we didn't speak Spanish, but with the help of google translate it worked. 「This hotel is declining rapidly. They treat guests with less respect than what their star rating is. Their ‘protocols’ exceed common sense. We stayed 4 night and had to change rooms twice and I didn’t complain. They issued breakfast vouchers and placed dates on them. When we went to use them they said those were the wrong dates. They gave us the cards!! They wrote the wrong dates and wanted us to pay for a simple misunderstanding. 」

「We had a great stay at argovia the, cabins are clean and beautiful. The staff was very nice and always accomodating. There were not as many flowers in bloom this time of year, but what they did have was beautiful! We loved all the food and coffee we had while it, it was an amazing place.」
