"We had a very nice stay overall at the Iberostar Selection Es Trenc. There was some confusion with our reservation at check-in, and we also experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room. However, the staff worked to resolve both situations and the AC was repaired during our stay.
The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is excellent, about 13 minutes from Es Trenc beach, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Despite the initial issues, we enjoyed our time here and appreciated the staff’s efforts to help resolve everything. We had a great vacation overall and would consider staying here again."
