"The hotel itself was beautiful and very up to date. The room was great, and we really enjoyed the restaurant, drinks, and gift shop. The location was perfect for us since we were in town for a cheer competition and wanted to stay close to everything in downtown Little Rock. The only downside was the valet service. We waited about 40 minutes in a long line to valet our car. My mom is elderly and cannot walk long distances, which made the wait especially difficult. Because of the delay, I ended up planning to park on my own and walk back to the hotel. Overall, the hotel was wonderful, but the valet wait time definitely needs improvement, especially for guests with mobility concerns."

"If you want a basic night's sleep, this is a fantastic option. The entire experience was positive, except that they do not have an elevator to get to the second floor. The room was dark, quiet, and I had no problems. It is a 5-star rating for the price and some place I would stay again without question."
