「Great location, incredible amenities and space. There was a bit of a problem, we didn’t get warm water. This appeared to be a building-wide issue. The pool wasn’t warm at all, showers didn’t really give warm water, faucets etc. Pool is fine, you’re already in a warm place so I guess a coldish pool is kinda nice, but not being able to take a hot shower first thing in the morning wasn’t what we expected. Everything else matched the description and exceeded our expectations.」
