「Nice clean hotel, located very close to Plaza d’Armas. All the staff members are very nice, helpful and friendly except for one lady with glasses, who works the reception in the evening. She was rude, always on her phone and acted like we were disturbing her. She even told me not to get was from the dining area even if the other receptionist in the morning said I could help myself. Other than this employee the others were so helpful. They even made me a breakfast box to go as I had to leave...

「The front desk staff, William and Ronald, were superb helpful as 3 out of 4 were sick. They assisted us getting doctor, delivered water and bread to the room. Helped us on speedy recovery 」

「Basic hotel, convenient location, friendly staff. Breakfast was ham or cheese sandwich and tea. No room heater, but had lots of blankets. Helped arrange tours and airport transfers.」

「Turned up at the hotel and the doors were padlocked. Called them on the number pinned to the door and they said they would be there in 1 hour. I returned in 1 hour and no one showed up. Hotel.com were useless and have refused to refund me as they say I cancelled and the hotel needs to approve the refund in this instance.」
