"Always enjoy this property for the breakfast and hot tub. A little disappointed this time because the hot tub was shut down. The main reason for booking this time. Staff is great. "

"Nobody ever at front desk. Waited 45 min for someone to come to desk. Extended stay customer service tried to call the property to find staff the phone was left at the desk so no one answered! Asked for refund they told me to call 3rd party. Called 3rd party, they told me to contact hotel. Then tried to get refund for entire stay, 3rd party denied the refund because”after multiple attempts to reach the hotel in your behalf, we are unable to verify the reservation.” Which is bs, the 3rd party (hotels.com) should be able to see I was checked in??? What a nightmare, then had family emergency reached out for help from both parties and neither one helped. "
