"The staff gave me my room key and when I went to check out my room there was a random man sleeping on the bed. The staff was confused and went to go check it out and he told me it was a homeless man and he just gave a different key room to sleep at. I felt very uncomfortable after that and couldn’t get much sleep since there was a couple yelling at each other for 2 hours in the middle of night. Place seemed sketchy "

"Historic charm! This hotel has a level of charm that newer hotels don't. The lobby and other public areas are beautiful. The pool is just right. The staff is nice (but beware that valet can be a longer wait than you want). Note this reservation was for a basic room. And, the room was very basic. The bathroom is outdated - the fixtures in the shower are probably from the 1970's. Maybe a deluxe room has more updates."

"I never stayed they kept my money, and I had insurance and it’s been phone hockey. They had me walking around with workers searching for basic items. I don’t work there. It was a full blown orchestration of theft and ignorance that I just don’t have patience for. As of this time I still am waiting for some compensation as I had to drive to another hotel and pay a second hotel the same night. "

"Vomit on the side of the bed, bugs in the bathroom. Walls were dirty and trashed. Trash everywhere outside and a condom on the stairs. I saw a review mentioning a condom on the ground from last week, so that tells you how often this happens, or how often they clean the property. "

"I didnt even stay because the hotel looked nothing like the pictures. There were crackhead zombies wandering all over the parking lot and the room looked like someone recently died in there. NO WAY would I ever stay there. They should consider marketing their hotel honestly. "
