It is an amazing resort but it needs renovations. Air conditioners need to be replaced with new ones. Some of the furniture needs to be updated. We had a great time!

Charming boutique hotel very convenient to all the shops and restaurants on the Rua das Pedras. Staff was very friendly and promptly addressed any problems. Great location with a beautiful view. Very safe.

Great location short walking distance to restaurants & shops. Incredible view from pool area (and from some rooms). Comfortable bed. Safe in one of our rooms was inoperable. Shower heads spray more water to the sides than down. Breakfast was good (but not as diverse or plentiful as other places we stayed furing this trip) Would gladly stay stay here again (but ideally with better shower heads).

This hotel was very nice!!! Anyone can find something to complain about. Minor maintenance is all that’s needed to make this place more upscale. Like toilet seat falling off and faucets not operating properly. I got use to the 2 problems and adjusted to them. Overall very happy and awesome view from pool and room.

Eu, meu marido e alguns casais de amigos resolvemos fazer um encontro depois de mais de dois anos sem nos vermos; o sailing foi o hotel escolhido e já é o nosso point certo para um próximo reencontro! O hotel é um pouco antigo, mas é charmoso, rústico e tem a melhor localização possível! Café da manhã delicioso, cama confortável, piscina aquecida e todos os funcionários muito atenciosos! Agradecimento especial ao Tadeu, uma joia da casa, que fez com que nós sentíssemos muito bem! Ansiosos para voltar!

Ótima localização

Estadia muito boa, perto da rua das pedras. No print dos restaurantes é da Brigitte Bardot. Podiam melhorar o chuveiro, colocar o mesmo que tem na sauna.

Decepcionante

Nos hospedamos no El Cazar em 2023 e tivemos uma excelente experiência, o que nos motivou a retornar agora em 2025 para comemorar o aniversário do meu marido. No entanto, infelizmente, nossa experiência desta vez não foi agradável. Em que pese não ter fotos no site do hotel tampouco neste aplicativo, resolvemos nos hospedar na “Suíte de Canto”, acreditando no padrão do lugar, mas para a nossa surpresa, percebemos que esse espaço já existia antes, porém com outro nome, tendo sido apenas adaptado, e mal adaptado!!! Desde o início, encontramos alguns problemas que comprometeram nosso conforto. Chegamos e encontramos etiquetas de roupa no quarto e o que foi chamado de armário estava sujo, demonstrando que a limpeza não foi feita; não havia receptor de TV ou qualquer estrutura para assistir TV ao vivo; o banheiro apresentava alguns problemas, como a torneira que não funcionava adequadamente e o box que não estava em boas condições; só 1 lixo. Outro ponto que nos desagradou foi a ausência de um cofre, secador e amenidades no quarto, embora essas informações estivessem mencionadas na descrição da acomodação. Diante dessa experiência, ficamos bastante decepcionados, pois tínhamos ótimas lembranças da estadia anterior. Esses problemas nos fizeram reconsiderar futuras hospedagens no local. Esperamos que a administração do hotel possa revisar essas questões, aliás, fechar esse espaço que passaram a chamar de quarto para que as pessoas não se sintam enganadas, como nos sentimos.
