I stayed here for two nights the room and the bathrooms were very clean. The breakfast was really good. The tv in the room had only two channels and wasn't smart. But in general a really good opcion.

É a segunda vez que nós fomos a esta pousada. Gostamos principal por conta do preço e da localidade pro centro de Búzios.
Ponto bom, atendimento dos colaboradores, boa refeição, local limpo.
Ponto ruim que desta vez a banheira esta cheia de cabelo e que o estacionamento que fica dentro da pousada é pago.

O que nao gostei foi em saber que deveria pagar pelo estacionamento somente apos ter pago, pois na site nao consta essa informação. E fiquei mais surpreso pq o estacionamente é da propria pousada e nao terceirizado. A informação sobre o pagamento do estacionamento precisa ser ao fazer a reserva e não após .

Péssima manutenção
O café da manhã é razoável. Mas a manutenção é horrível. A chave ficou presa na porta do quarto e a maçaneta caiu no meu pé! Horrível! Doeu muito. Não volto mais não! Outro absurdo é que o hotel tem espaço para estacionamento e cobram o mesmo por fora.

Pousada aconchegante. Quarto família amplo, com ótima limpeza e serviço de quarto. A limpeza e o serviço merecem destaque, além da cordialidade e gentileza das pessoas. Sugestão somente de colocar, em quartos com crianças, micro-ondas, para facilitar o aquecimento de comidas e leites. Referente ao quarto, o colchão que, ao meu gosto, muito macio. café de boa qualidade, com produtos novos e frutas frescas.

Pontos positivos: Atendimento ok, foram solicitos e simpáticos. Café da manhã básico, mas bom. Piscina ótima. Localização é boa, da pra ir andando para rua das Pedras. Pontos negativos: teto do banheiro é "aberto", parece uma grade de madeira com frestas que da pra ver as telhas, tipo sótão e ainda tem uma luz lá que da a sensação que alguem pode passar e olhar a gente.. o Box é MUITO pequeno, mal da para se mexer ao tomar banho. A maçaneta da porta da varanda estava saindo na mão. Espelhos do banheiro é distorcido. No site diz que tem estacionamento, mas só avisam após a reserva que é pago, r$25/dia (da para parar na rua de boa). Controle da tv nao estava funcionando, mas só tinha canais abertos.

Pousada para descansar
A pousada e bonita, os colaboradores são simpáticos, o café da manhã estava bom, porém poucas opções, flat amplo e limpo, ar condicionado gelando bem, flat silencioso. O que não dá para entender, é cobrar pelo estacionamento sendo que fica dentro da pousada, ja que cobram, deveria no mínimo ter vaga coberta para proteger o veículo.
