Staff is friendly and helpful. The property is very well maintained looks like an Oasis , if you have kids this is the property to go , they have activities For kids in the afternoon . Front desk staff is very helpful and pool- bar area staff is very nice and friendly! They have a lifesaver by the pool all the time ! I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and families

The room was large, with many amenities, and at the reception there were people who could speak Spanish and English. We loved the customer service, they gave us many suggestions on where to eat and which beaches to go to. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious... A good place to go for a walk around. This hotel will definitely be my next visit to Busios. We loved it.

Fizemos a reserva de 3 dias para comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento, celebrando 4 anos de bodas de flores e frutas, e escolhemos o pacote Romântico Esmeralda. Foi uma experiência incrível, que superou nossas expectativas. O atendimento foi atencioso e carinhoso em todos os momentos. A massagem relaxante foi um dos pontos altos da experiência, perfeita para marcar a ocasião especial. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo, muito bem decorado e acolhedor, transmitindo conforto e romantismo. A cama era extremamente confortável, proporcionando noites de descanso tranquilas. Experiência familiar e agradável Ótima estada. A pousada é perto da praia e oferece cadeira e guarda sol. O ambiente é para família e tudo é pensado para o bem estar de todos. Toda a equipe é bastante acolhedora e fazem dos dias serem ótimos. A recreacão é para todas as idades e o Felipe da piscina e as Tias Lala e Lu são diferenciais. É nossa terceira vez e sempre indicamos para amigos, pois a experiência é boa.. as comidas também são ótimas

Foi tudo maravilhoso. O lugar é muito confortável, limpo e agradável. Os funcionários sao todos muito educados e solícitos. O espaço para crianças é muito bom. Precisa melhorar quesito conforto

A Pousada precisa melhorar a qualidade dos colchões e travesseiros. Ficamos no quarto Luxo e a única diferença que sentimos para o Standard foi o tamanho. A cama não era confortável, os travesseiros bem finos, pressão do chuveiro bem fraca. Os pontos fortes da pousada são todo Staff. Super educados, prestativos e atenciosos aos detalhes. Nosso filho gostou muito da área kids e da recreação.

A Pousada é muita perfeita! Atendimento de um hotel. Superou minhas espectativas. Ideal para familias, com acolhimento pleno para familias com criancas. As recreadoras super atenciosas, algumas com otimo dominio de idiomas. O cafe da manha é muito variado. Tudo delicioso. Recebemos de cortesia drinks da casa por cada hospede, alem disso minha filha que aniversariou no dia da hospedagem recebeu de cortesia um maravilhoso Petit Gatou. Funcionarios super solicitos, quartos espacosos, limpos e confortaveis. Eu gostei muito!!!!!! Voltarei em breve Buzios.
