When brought to the attention of the front desk and asked to be either given a new room or a refund we were told there were no more rooms available and that we had checked in 2 hours ago and that they did not need to give us a refund. That means no one to check us into our already paid for room late at night....also, there was an actual guest who had a room but he locked himself out and since no employees, he was asleep in the couch in lobby. 」
