Room was dirty. Cabinets were covered with sticky material. Shower had mold on grout. Elevators stainless steel were dirty. Hall carpets were duty. Walls in room were dirty. Shower doors were barely functional. Not a good facility.

This hotel was chosen because it included breakfast. The breakfast you’re paying for is awful. Scrambled eggs are just warmish chopped up egg whites and all the bread was stale. There was only half a working toaster. Cereal was the only alternative. The ac/heating unit in the room was so loud it had to be turned off completely in the middle of the night. It was set at 66 degrees at check-in in January. Went out to dinner while it warmed up. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was large and seemed clean but water pressure was low in the shower, but very easy to use. Ample lamps and sockets for electronics.

The front desk workers was super friendly and helpful. However, we had to change rooms at 10:30pm. The shower in our first room did not work at all (the water would not come out) and there was a black dirty substance on the ceiling above the beds. Our second room was much better. The breakfast in the morning was less than enjoyable. The pancake machine was down, some of the milk tasted outdated, there weren’t many options to make up for the missing pancakes.

Had a mouse in our room. Telephone in our room did not work. Old cups and trash behind bed. Dresser drawers were dusty and dirty could not use for putting our cloths in. Pancake maker was broken. Dirty workout towels were never washed, they were in the dirty pile for 4 days. Only 1 person on staff every evening.

This hotel was located by food and shopping and was quiet. The lobby was updated but had Pennsylvania gambling machines front in center that my 4 year ild grandchild wanted to play everytime she passed on the way to room pool breakfast etc. The rest of the hotel was badly dated compared to other holiday inn express. The drain in tge tub was missing and it was definetly in need of repair or updating. The ceiling had black around the edges from previous leaks and small holes in the walls with dated bedding and curtains. The tv did not have many options compared to others and the breakfast with pancake machine out and unripe fruit was not up to par with other in this chain. For the first time we regretted staying with this hotel chain.

Booking was done on the application and when arrived to the location to spend the night to my surprise there was no room booked. The front desk person was rude since the very beginning of the conversation. Lack of people’s skills, mumbling about others that have come to the place with the same issue, not sure if her anger was redirecting to us when we were trying to check in. No a great experience with the hotel as a customer or Expedia for not properly manage the bookings and practically lying.

The room was terrible yellow stained sheets. Stained towels. Garbage was not changed even on the second day. Let it out the room came back at night it was still there. Bathroom floors not mopped or swept. In the fridge there was beer and a sandwich therefore that fridge was not cleaned at all before check in

There were cigarette butts on the floor all over the patio. There was a cardboard box in the bushes as you approach the property for at least 3 days until I moved it out of sight. The room was never serviced (do we need to ask for that and who do we ask) There was a table and chairs outside and away from the property, it looked inviting but there was trash all over the place. Key cards occasionally don't work necessitating a trip to front desk. The computer in the business center wasn't working and the printer needed a new cartridge. When I was at this facility in the winter, the computer wasn't working. I love the ambience of the front entrance. The breakfast area was nice and inviting too. The pool looked very clean and the workout room was much appreciated by us.

Hallways and stairwells were not vacuumed the three days we were there. Rooms were not cleaned, which I was told we need to request that before check in. Garbage has to be left out in hallway and it was , the entire three days we stayed. I will say the breakfast was hot.

We were there 2 nights. Used towels etc. were not changed and we had to ask at the desk for more. Trash not emptied. Outside there was trash around the parking lot and at a picnic pavilion in the back there was trash overflowing the receptacles and all over the ground. Curtains in room were torn and the pull rod was missing on one side. None of the 3 drawers on the chest of drawers closed. The top one stuck out by at least 6 inches which was a hazard especially at night. The other 2 were also unable to close though were only open about 3 inches.

A Good Choice in Butler
This hotel was better than two others that we have stayed in locally. Our room was very spacious, plenty of room for luggage and other items. Mattresses were fairly comfortable, better than average. Well designed with large walk-in shower as well as a separate bar sink area. Seemed quite clean, as evidenced by the fact that my white socks still looked white after walking on the floor. Only thing that I didn't like was how difficult it was to get soap and lotion out of the wall pumps - openings are very small. But they do keep the counters cleaner than gooey soap bars. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

This hotels was not the greatest place to stay. My room was not cleaned well. I found a sock and a hair tie from a previous person, the dresser was falling apart. My son stepped on a very long screw in the pool and the only thing the staff was concerned about was that they would have to close the pool, (shocker they never closed the pool).

Front desk greeter upon arrival was not pleasant. Not welcomed to the property. When my wife asked about the pool, the same greeter was just in a mood and not pleasant to speak to. Front desk looks empty most of the time and the staff are in a room in the back probably watching the camera for when somebody is standing there. Beds were comfortable. Room generally clean. Showers need a good recaulking to be clean looking. Shelves in bathroom need to be dusted. Amazing what they charge per night vs what you get or what they think is acceptable to give you.

Took me over 1.5 hours to check in. Had to go floor to floor to get towels. Had to go another one of our nights to find someone to get toilet paper. Rarely seen anyone at desk. Grounds had a lot of trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Key did not work in sir entrance and had to always go in front.
