"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Right next to major road and shares driveway with another hotel so a little noisy in the morning with traffic. Shower pans/tubs are extremely noisy (cheap plastic fiberglass). Every move we made in the shower came with creaks and moans and groans from the pan beneath our feet. Not a huge deal for your shower experience except for the fact that the room upstairs was up at 5 am taking a shower and we could hear every move they made downstairs in our room. Minor inconvenience since we didn't need to be up at 5 am. Breakfast was ok, typical continental style options. Conveniently located 5 minutes from App State campus and downtown Boone."

"We stayed in the two story building and the elevator wasn’t working. Also it had not been vacuumed for weeks the carpet looked old and reminded me of a college ski trip. Our cleaning lady barged into the room while we were taking a nap and not fully dressed. She said “they don’t tell me anything” seems like a managment slip. Great location, price, easy booking online."
