"Clean, easy going staff"

"Bathroom vent makes a huge noise, even with the door closed, it’s a constant noise that you can hear. When being brought up with the front desk, they basically acknowledged there has been this problem but nothing can be done. No apology offered etc. "

"I would absolutely avoid this hotel. First, the room was disgusting. The sheets on the beds had visible dirt marks when we pulled the covers back. The body wash in the shower was completely empty. We didn't notice until after my husband took a shower but there was dried poop on the floor between the toilet and the tub! When we reported it to the the front desk (Anniqua), they sent someone who tried to argue that it wasn't poop it was "oxidization", and even when they attempted to clean it up, it looked liked smeared poop on the floor. The TVs are not able to be streamed to and there is only very basic programming with HBO options. There is a channel that scrolls through what is currently showing on each channel that you have to suffer through or channel surf up and down to find something to watch. There are homeless people sleeping the entire perimeter of the building, some with tents (very sad). Not what I was expecting when I booked this "4-star hotel". We initially asked the hotel if we could get a different room, but Anniqua said that they were fully booked and had no other rooms. We asked if we could get a refund since we were not planning on staying any longer because it was gross. Anniqua said that since we booked using a third party (Expedia), they were unable to issue a refund. We contacted Expedia and they reached out to this hotel to ask them to cancel the reservation so they could issue a refund but Anniqua told them that she wouldn't do it! "

"I have stayed here a few times and this recent stay was not good at all. They informed last minute the pool was closed. The bedroom sheets was stained with nail polish of some sort. The room for some reason smelled like feces during the night. To top it off the next morning they were not serving breakfast. Due to unforeseen circumstances. They provided a breakfast bag which included nuts without even considering those with nut allergies. Other stays have been decent but this one was upsetting. "
