Der Aufenthalt im Center Parcs Nordseeküste war insgesamt durchwachsen und hat eher einen durchschnittlichen Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Anlage an sich ist schön gelegen und besonders für Familien grundsätzlich attraktiv, allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die den Gesamteindruck deutlich trüben. Das Personal wirkte während unseres Aufenthalts leider häufig unfreundlich und wenig organisiert. An der Rezeption sowie in einigen Servicebereichen hatte man öfter das Gefühl, dass Abläufe nicht klar strukturiert sind. Fragen wurden teilweise knapp oder genervt beantwortet, und bei Problemen dauerte es recht lange, bis eine Lösung gefunden wurde. Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf, da ein freundlicher und kompetenter Service viel zur Urlaubsatmosphäre beitragen würde. Ein großer Minuspunkt ist das Schwimmbad. Zwar bietet es grundsätzlich ein gutes Angebot für Kinder und Familien, jedoch ist deutlich zu erkennen, dass es renovierungsbedürftig ist. Einige Bereiche wirken veraltet, Abnutzungen sind sichtbar und insgesamt macht das Bad keinen besonders gepflegten Eindruck. Gerade für eine der Hauptattraktionen des Parks hätte man deutlich mehr erwartet. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Umgebung: Die Nähe zur Nordsee und die Möglichkeit zu Ausflügen in die Natur sind klare Pluspunkte. Auch die Unterkünfte sind zweckmäßig, wenn auch nicht besonders modern. Für einen kurzen Familienurlaub reicht der Komfort aus, ohne jedoch wirklich zu überzeugen.

Für Geschäftsreisende nicht zu empfehlen, trotz intensiver Bemühungen war es mir nicht möglich, eine Rechnung zu erhalten. An der Rezeption und telefonisch war niemand zuständig, über das Kontaktportal habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Ansonsten relativ in Ordnung, für mich allerdings zukünftig keine Option mehr.

Die Zimmer waren gut.Der Balkon war nur ein Fluchtweg.Selbst wenn man sich raus setzen wollte wäre nur ein Stuhl da gewesen.Sehr laut.Die Pumpe vom Schwimmbad war zu hören und ab 17 Uhr Geschirr geklapper,Essensgerüche auf dem Zimmer vom Restaurant.Die Zimmer sehr warm.Keine Klimaanlage.

Haus war etwas muffig... dort könnte noch etwas nachgearbeitet werden.Sauberkeit war daher okay. Personal im Schwimmbad war top. Personal an der Rezeption ist ausbaufähig-zum Teil wusste das Personal Öffnungszeiten des eigenen Scheimmbads nicht und gab falsche raus.Daher lieber selber einmal googeln. Schwimmbad muss man 1 Std (19 Uhr) betreten sonst kommt man nicht mehr rein-Öffnungszeiten sind dort bis 8 wobei um 20 vor alle raus müssen. Direkt vor Ort kann man zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zur Strandpromenade-Steinstrand ist zu erwähnen. Auch mit dem Rad zu erreichen ist ein Supermarkt. Klamotten technisch würde ich mit immer ein Pulli, Mütze und Schal einpacken. Im Center Parc direkt ist alles zubuchbar an Aktivitäten (Tischtennis, Tennis, Bogenschießen, E-Roller,Malecken etc.).Preise sind zum Teil für größere Sachen wie z.B Bowling schon saftig. Glitzertattoo für Kinder oder Malen kostet z.B um die 7 Euro wenn ich das richtig gesehen habe. Zu empfehlen ist das Grillbuffet im Parc-auch zubuchbar.

Servicepersoal launisch und es schlecht gelaunt, Renovierungen dürfen gerne mal wieder durchgeführt werden und die Fugen im Schwimmbad schreien nach einer Reinigung.

Tolle Lage und viele Möglichkeiten im und um den Park. Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage und durch den Gemeinschaftsbalkon wollte man Fenster und Türen nicht unbedingt offen lassen. Das Schwimmbad an sich ist toll, müsste aber renoviert werden. Das Frühstück ist ok. Wir haben es bei Expedia dazugebucht um vor Ort zu erfahren, dass wir es sowieso inklusive gehabt hätten. Die 28€ waren also umsonst. Ausserdem stimmten die Check in und Check out Zeiten nicht mit denen auf der Hompage überein. Wir konnten erst eine Stunde später aufs Zimmer und mussten zwei Stunden früher raus.

Der Check in war erst später möglich. Falsche Adresse so das man selbst suchen mussten, zwei Orte weiter (30km). Unfreundliches Personal. Keine Erklärung warum man erst später einchecken darf. Kein entgegen kommen.

Das Hotel war ok, wenngleich der Service auch nur befriedigend war. Wir mussten wegen Krankheit einen Tag früher abreisen. Eine Stornierung war nicht möglich.

Wir waren Alles in Allem zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Wegen Doppelbuchung der Hotelzimmer wurde uns dann zum gleichen Preis eine VIP-Wohnung angeboten. Für VIPs gibt es hingegen keine Seife / Shampoo, wie in einem Hotelzimmer. Um einen 10Euro-Schein zu wechseln, läuft man durch den ganzen Center Park. (Keller nicht in der Lage zu wechseln, am Ladentisch nicht, erst an der Rezeption war es gar kein Problem.) - Der Wechselautomat hatte einen Fehler angezeigt. Wegen einer verlorenen Jacke sollte man auch an jeder Anlaufstelle nachfragen, da es leider keinen gesammelten Punkt für Fundstücke gibt, ein Nachteil. Wir waren das Dritte mal dort und sind sonst sehr zufrieden mit dem Buffet, mit der Kinderdisko und Kletterpark und dem Schwimmbad z.B. Die Preise für Bowling und Minigolf - naja - sollte man einmal gemacht haben.

Wir waren mit allen zufrieden.Die Ausschilderungen zum Check in ,sowieso die kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten.Das Check in war so unkompliziert wie wir es auch aus anderen Centerparcs kennen.Das Hotelzimmer sauber,chic und genügend Platz.Auch Getränke standen kostenlos bereit.Das Hotel ist ruhig und jedes Zi hat einen Balkon/Austritt.Das Frühstück im Market Dome war sehr schön mit viele verschiedene Speisen.Sitzplätze reichlich vorhanden.Abends sind dort 2 Restaurants vorhanden und im Hotel findet man das All-you- can-eat Restaurant.In der Straße findet man alternativ auch noch diverse Angebote an Restaurants.Das Schwimmbad ist klein,hat aber 3 Rutschen für Erwachsene,einen Aussenbereich und einen Wellengang Bereich (für Kleinkinder auch geeignet).Es gibt genügend Sitzplätze!

Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstückraum wie auf Bahnhof . Mussten umziehen da technischer Defekt Frühstück und Zimmer waren ok
