"This is an ok hotel. Airport shuttle was late even though we gave the exact time we wanted to leave then at the airport the shuttle driver asked us for money. I requested late checkout and the front desk guy approved it then came to my room later saying that the manager declined my request and will charge extra fee if I stayed beyond checkout time. Very disappointing."
