「Staff and amenities excellent !! Can’t beat the experience of being in the middle of national reserve. Easy access to safaris. Three restaurants on property- great range of food. People super nice and kind. Had a great time. Would love to go there again. Will suggest buying all safari packages from the rest camp reception 5 min walk away from the lodge rather than the hotel reception who sells same at significant markup (more than twice the price) otherwise very reasonably priced especially...

Branda is helpful.Our ranger Clifton has sense of humor.The kids like them.Nevermind is patient and helpful too.Clifton and Nevermind tried their best to let us to see animals as many as they can. 「這酒店在網上的資料介紹顯示鄰近機場，但我到達Kruger Airport 後才知道Kruger National Park 範圍內有兩個機場 (這酒店鄰近的是?Parabula Airport)！ 由Kruger Airport 去這酒店要花單程R3,000，四小時車程(那裡是沒有Taxi)！結果我要即時由Airline 職員幫忙，臨時找當地另一酒店，當時十分狼狽及徬徨。現時我已返回香港，希望可向酒店討回已付費用。」
