「The staff was very friendly and the gym was adequate. When I arrived the elevator was broken and I was on the second floor so a staff member carried my bag up for me. In the morning a staff member used a key card to attempt tocome in my room stating he thought the room was empty (I had the locking lock on the door) the shower water temperature was lukewarm at best.」

「Hot tub / Whirlpool not usable. No notice given prior to stay. No partial refund. Continental Breakfast below expectations. No early check in available. Room was clean. Bathroom ceiling had small crack / peeling paint in Room 108.
Call ahead to see if Whirlpool in working order.
Ask for refund policy if not available during your stay. 」
