Location is beautiful with stunning views high up over lake Garda and if you want to get away from it all, its ideal. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange.
