Good location, super gym and the room was very clean. However the staff are unhelpful and rude, and the concept is not well thought through. You have a piece of paper as your room key card and a separate QR code for the lift. The plug socket in the bathroom didn’t work, there are no plug sockets near the kitchen which means boiling the kettle in the hall, no cutlery or kitchen items provided despite there being a kitchen and no bin. It is fine for a few days but not a holiday hotel

Hours for the fitness facility are incorrect, they don’t open the doors until 7:30, not 6:00. Their breakfast also was not great, very few choices were available.

We enjoyed our stay at Sota Suite Hotel at Seomyeon, Busan, Korea. Highly recommend this hotel if you are thinking about stay in the Seomyeon area. Easy walking distance to lively areas for food and also very close to the Seomyeon underground mall.The hotel is located in a nice high rise building called Prugio City. The facility is very modern. The room is big, especially when compared to many other hotels. There is a nice gym/fitness center on the 29th floor. The free breakfast is very nice, the only odd thing re breakfast is there is no breakfast on Mondays. Even though there is a kitchenette in the units, it is not functional and the management explicitly prohibits cooking in the units. There is a very nice restaurant restaurant (name is VIPS) on the third floor that offers excellent all you can eat buffet lunch and dinner for very good prices, plus you can get a discount if you are staying in the Sota Suite. All in all we recommend Sota Suite Hotel wholeheartedly.

If management can fix their check in process and hire more staff, this can be a great property. They want to use a kiosk to check-in and you get a flimsy receipt paper with a QR code as your key. If it gets wet in the rain or wrinkles so the QR fades, you need a new one. Or, they force you to download some app in Korean- no one wants more apps on their phone just to check in and check out. Housekeeping is default none unless you request it in the app before 11pm. No breakfast (not a great one to begin with) on Monday. You cannot use the stove top and cook. There are no dishes or silverware if you want to eat any food leftovers or order in food either. Otherwise, new nicely built apartment hotel with lots of closet space, large refrigerator, and washing machine (500won for detergent). Reception desk is tiny. Breakfast needs more staff as this is a 30 story building and they only had one coffee machine and one person trying to refill everything and clean and fix the coffee machine.

とても新しく、韓国の最新家電での生活が体験できる素晴らしいホテルです。スマホアプリで、エレベーターアクセス、お部屋の鍵替わり、お部屋のクリーンアップリクエスト、チェックアウトなどができ、最初は慣れませんでしたが快適な2泊となりました。立地も良く、繁華街や地下鉄の駅が近くにあります。

急待改善

飯店應該是試營運期間吧，狀況很多，房間裏有洗衣機、智能烤箱、冰箱，但是卻沒有開機？洗衣機沒水？電冰箱沒有開啟，房間裏的智能控制面板，還發出警報響聲，但是櫃台人員卻無法及時處理，總之住了4個晚上，真的讓人很無奈，房間裏的備品很少，連個洗手乳或洗手的香皂都沒有，除了床鋪的舒適度還有清潔之外，要再改善的地方太多了
