Great value near the gay area

Great value and very nice hotel — clean and comfortable. The bathroom design is a bit odd as there is no way to prevent water from splashing on the floor while showering. Access to the excellent gym and spa in the next building is a big plus. Location is near the gay area with tons of restaurants nearby.

Lamer Hotel is a great place to stay when in Busan. It is clean and very welcoming. We also enjoyed the free sauna experience! The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel general manager even helped us arrange our transfer from the hotel to the bus terminal with our bike boxes! Thank you!

Arrived early before check-in but we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel at no extra cost. One of the staff and whom I believe was the manager spoke excellent english which helped us understand better what we needed to do. The room was a cute and cozy size but had everything we needed. It was also very clean. The only thing that was out of their control was that it was close by to the construction for World Expo Busan, so at times it could get noisy. Overall, I would stay at this property again.

Pretty great value for a room, close to metro, and convenience stores. However I was very very disappointed they didn’t put a warning that the gym/spa is ONE ACCESS PER DAY you need to choose. AND it was completely closed on one of the days, with zero compensation. Also I got really really annoyed during check in, I was there 14:10, and check in was at 15:00. Literally every other hotel lets you check in early if they have the room open, but nope! They told me even if they did have a room available, they aren’t letting me in until 15:00

スタッフさんも丁寧で翻訳機で重要な部分は対応してくださりました。お掃除の方も感じ良く挨拶してくださり、掃除も行き届いており、不満はありませんでした。お手頃価格で宿泊できるので少し心配もありましたが、口コミ通りの良い宿でした。角のデジクッパ屋さんもとても美味しかったです。トイレトペーパーは流せません。

最寄り駅は1号線の凡一だけど、2号線の駅も近く、そちらの方が始発が早かったので6:20に空港に到着することが出来ました。 お部屋はシャワーのみですが、隣のチムジルバンが利用できます。古めで、銭湯のようなイメージです。 カフェも宿泊者割引ですごく安く利用できて コスパの良いホテルだと思います。 泊まった部屋のコンセントはデスクの１箇所を除き丸いタイプだったので、持ち込みケーブルに要注意です。

シャワー周りが少し汚れていたこと、シャワーを使うとトイレまで水溜まりになること、トイレに紙を流せなかったことが少し不便でしたが、客室は毎日綺麗に掃除してくださり、静かで快適に過ごせました。韓国語が分からなくても、翻訳アプリを使いながらきちんと対応してくださいました。ありがとうございました。

전반적으로는 괜찮은 숙소라고 생각됨. 하지만 호텔 직원의 서비스는 이제껏 겪어 보았던 모든 서비스직 중에서 최악이라고 생각됨. 저녁 근무자(마스크 착용 여성)는 손님과 싸우자고 일하는 것 같음. 호텔사장 딸인가라는 생각을 잠시 해봄. 다른곳 리뷰에서 비슷한 내용을 본적이 있는데, 설마 로비에서 근무하는 직원과 말섞을일도 많이 없는데 그런일이 나한테 일어날까 라는 생각을 했는데 실제 겪음. 아래는 내가 겪은 해당 직원의 황당한 대처임. 1. 사우나 이용 티켓은 언제 발급받나요? 답변 : QR 안내문 안읽어 보셨어요? 거기에 자세히 나와요~ 2.사우나 이용 티켓 주세요. / 객실 키 확인이 필요합니다. / 일행은 안간다고 해서 키가 방에 있는데요(방키를 해당 직원이 1개만 발급해줬음) / 객실키 확인이 필요합니다.(다른 근무자는 방번호와 이름만 확인하고 발급해줬음) / 사람이 위에 있는데 어떻게 키를 가지고 나오나요? / 그럼 처음에 키를 2개를 요청했어야줘~ / 하하하~처음에 본인이 하나를 발급해 주고 아무런 설명이 없었는데... / 그럼 키를 하나 발급해 주세요~ / 이름이요, 방번호요 / 키를 받은후 그럼 사우나 티켓 발급해 주세요 / 그때야 줌...이런 황당하고 불친절의 극치를 보았나~
