The beds are very uncomfortable. The room has so many windows but no blackout curtains so it is super bright as soon as the room gets light. The area was nice. You have to take two separate elevators or three if you stop at the lobby. The room has a little kitchenette with no utensils or plates. Everything is an extra charge.
