Very good
The guesthouse is very clean and tidy, beds were pretty comfortable. It is above a noisy bar which suited me fine but could be an issue on busy nights if you’re trying to sleep. Overall excellent value for money.

Great location, not so great bathroom
We stayed in the 8 person women's dorm on NYE and were disappointed with how HOT the room was. It was intolerable. The bathroom door didnt close well and the sink ran right onto the floor and onto your socks if you weren't careful. However, the location was perfect! Not sure about the quality of the breakfast or the conditions in other rooms, but I would say this is an okay stay. You're paying for the location.

1st Hostel Stay
This was my 1st Hostel experience. I would recommend it for the frequent traveler who spends more time out & about exploring. I was out exploring so I only needed a place to shower & sleep. This place was perfect. All the necessitit's were available.

Cheap and close to the ocean but a bit noisy
The place seems pretty well maintained and the price is very good. The actual room was decently sized but I am not sure if all the rooms are that way (private double). It was pretty noisy from both outside noise and from within the hostel. The doors are quite thin. However it was easily fixed with some ear plugs but if you prefer more silence when you sleep I wouldn't recommend this place. The convenience of the location is quite nice if you want to to be close to the ocean. The included breakfast is alright just toast and juice/coffee (due to avian flu there were no eggs). We ended up skipping breakfast and getting something from outside but it is nice if you want to save a couple bucks.

Consideration
I didn't realize that my checkout was on the 5th of 11am so i went to the girl receptionist to have my stay extended for few hours as i am flying at night but she never consider it so instead i asked to pay for another day of stay and she said yes. I just wasted my money for nothing. I have stayed there for six days and no CONSIDERATION at all.

Hello. Thank you for your review. We're sorry that you felt bad. She could have been more flexible. As other guests supposed to use the room, she couldn,t let you use the room free of charge I think. But she could let you use another room like dormitory to stay several hours in cheaper price. We will try to offer better service, and hope your happiness in daily life!

Great stay here. Chris went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome, including even coming to the police station with us when we had an issue! Very clean and great location next to the beach. Thank you so much!

The hotel was really nice. The service and assitance was really satisfying. Haeundae guest house was a real value for money. Breakfast was good too.

Just sleep...
Price : Good Breakfast : bread and egg, butter. good. Room : Humid. not good Shower : no Toothpaste/brush, no razor, no conditioner. just tower. Bad. WiFi : Sooooooooo Slow. I think here is just sleep and early check out.

Very Very Small Rooms
Very Very small rooms. We had 2 luggages and it takes most of the empty space available. View was buildings. Towels the size of a hand towel but we kept changing it everyday during our stay. 2000 Won for use of the washing machine. Cook your own breakfast; Eggs and toast. Very helpful hotel staffs. Level 5 Rooms its next to 24 hour Thai Massage Place. Convenience Store at level 1. Good for a short stay.

Great guesthouse of great value
Room was very clean. There's even a small TV you can watch. Blankets smelled fresh. Very close to subway. Price is very reasonable. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Since it is in the heart of Haeundae, near the station, the room may be a little noisy and is not completely dark even with the curtains. However, this was not a problem for me.

Comfortable hostel, nice location.
I had a good stay at the 24 Guesthouse Haendae. The location is close to the metro and the beach. The metro ride to the train station downtown is about 35-45 minutes with one transfer so keep this in mind. The guesthouse has bathrooms in the rooms as well as small storage lockers big enough for a small bag, but not a suitcase.

Amazing stay for 1 day that ended for 1 week
The location of this hotel is just perfect. It is within walking distance to the subway, beach, stores and nightlife. The breakfast is great if you know how to cook your eggs. They are always here to try to make your stay the best experience. Go for it!

Nice room with a view~
The lobby is very nice and there was a delicious breakfast in the morning (eggs, toast, jam/butter, tea and coffee). The staff were very friendly (Melanie) and were very nice to talk to or learn from regarding foods and Korean information. They did not give many suggestions about where to go, but they were kind. The room was perfect. Clean, simple and big window. We stayed in a room near the busy street and at night it was a bit loud, but overall it was ok. It was in the heart of Haeundae beach area. Close to the beach and close to the metro. Great stay, we recommend this to budget travelers (couples).

New, clean rooms.. but can be noisy
We were really impressed with the cleanliness the new condition of the room. Great air conditioning. Flat screen TV. We were a bit confused by the bedding... a sheet on bottom but then two blankets for the top. Do they really wash those blankets after every guest? You cannot flush the toilet paper, and the trash was not removed every day. :( Breakfast is bread set out next to toasters and eggs set out next to 2 skillets: you cook your own. The first morning it was no problem, but the second morning there were lots of people, and we had to wait quite some time to get our turn. The noise level is just the luck of the draw with who else is staying there, but the walls are very very thin. The first night there were really really really noisy girls laughing, talking, shrieking, etc. constantly until almost 1am. We could hear every word. We finally knocked on their door, and they quieted down. The second night was no problem. Location is great: a 2 minute walk from subway and maybe 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Great restaurant choices.

We stayed in the private room with two bunk beds and found the room to be clean and sufficient for our needs. The staff there was friendly and helpful and the location of the place, was convenient. Tons of food places all around the area (including a Punjabi restaurant right across the street for those looking for halal food) and convenience stores everywhere. Haeundae beach is nearby, about 5 minutes brisk walk and there are restaurants and pubs (and a few massage spots for those tired feet) around the area. Highly recommend for backpackers (the common area during breakfast is a good way to make new friends) and small groups of friends.

It is a hostel, not a hotel. If you understand the difference, I think that you will enjoy this place. Be aware that it is located in a busy district with lots of noise at night.

海雲台で遊ぶなら良い立地です
カラオケの音が朝まで聞こえますが　私は気になりませんでした。施設内のタイ式マッサージも格安、駅近ですので移動も楽で助かりました。何より暗証番号セキュリティが素晴らしい！鍵やカードを持ち歩かなくて良いのが良かったです。 音に敏感な方向きではありませんが　私は次回もこちらを利用したいと思っています。

吃喝玩樂都方便的便宜飯店
飯店附近環境很棒,位置在最熱鬧的地方,離地鐵近,吃飯方便,樓下還有一家便利商店,出發到各個景點也都很近,能免費寄放行李,房間很乾淨...但浴室超級小,建議去汗蒸幕洗澡.....還有小小的缺點是樓下是夜店晚上有點吵。

해운대 주변접근성은 좋은데 상가건물이 있어 시끄럽습니다. 침대매트리스가 오래되었고 샤워실이 너무 좁아요. 세면대 물도 잘 안내려가고 무엇보다 배수구에서 올라오는 냄새땜에 역겨웠어요 아이가 봤는데 벌레도 올라온다고 하더라구요. 침대밑에서 먼지가 뭉쳐다니고, 빈페트병도 굴러다녀요. 관리인인지 사장인지 아르바이트한다고 안보이고 비번도 안가르쳐주고 게시판에 적힌 비번은 달라서 출입이 불편하고... 조식도 빵하고 잼만 달랑 있어요.싼맛에 간다고 갔는데 싼지도 잘 모르겠어요. 모텔로 가는게 나을거같아요. 다시 가게되진 않을거 같습니다

接待的人員非常客氣有禮,但是第一天住邊間且樓下是卡拉OK房所以吵到無法入眠,幸虧第2天順利被安排至另外一間較安靜的房,且提供了耳塞,讓我們第2天睡得不錯~~~屏除掉噪音是個CP還不錯的旅館~地點就在大街上

中午左右到達，打算先放下行李，去到4樓見到裝修中(但lift的圖案同相片係一模一樣)，話唔係叫我地去5樓，5樓得一間按摩店及旅館，不停按門鐘都冇人應，死不放棄狂禁，好彩老闆娘出黎應門，比我地放低行李再講我地知門口pw同幾點可以入住，逛完街返來見行李入左房，就估我地住果間房，因為老闆娘唔嚮到，冇比鎖匙我地，原來嚮枱面自己搵返相對房號鎖匙就可以了，仲可以鎖埋鞋落鞋櫃，房間有兩張床，床褥軟硬適中訓得好舒服，樓下有酒吧及馬路，晚上會有車聲人聲，不過我帶左耳塞可以接受到，因為我係11月尾去，氣溫得幾度至13左右，冷氣開唔到，本身諗住開冷氣去25度可以暖啲，但開唔到只可以開窗，因為太凍打算叫老闆娘比多張被我地，點知佢話冇，跟住入左房教我地用heater，佢放左嚮床下面，即係電暖毯，一開著唔洗3分鐘已經好暖好舒服，老闆娘好細心人好好~可以英語溝通嘅。早餐就早上8點提供，係簡單嘅麵包，果醬，橙汁咖啡，食完後杯碗自行清洗呀～

업장은 전반적으로 깨끗하고 조용한편이라 좋았어요. 다만 주변이 유흥가다보니 술먹은 사람들과 음악소리가 좀 거슬리더군요. 만족합니다.

노래방 소음 때문에 불편해요
도미토리를 이용했는데 방안에 창문이 없어서 냄새가 났고 화장실문이 잘 닫아지지 않아서 불편했어요 밑에층에 노래방이 있어서 새벽에 잠자기가 쉽지 않았어요
