Great affordable accomodation. We had a family of five in a 6 bunk bed room. The lower bunks were larger than the tops. Shared bathrooms cleaned each day. Only gripe was the lack of tv in the room. But given the price, this was fine. The owner lady was nice and suggested some good places to visit.

Good walking distance ~5 mins from the station and bus stops. Rooms are very clean, heater is provided for the winter season too. Didn’t really see any other guests when I was there, guess it’s low tourist season. Amenities provided include shampoo body wash conditioner towel hair dryer and comb. Free breakfast, toast jam cereal milk and coffee. Self check in and check out was easy with clear instructions provided. Staff were minimal but very friendly and approachable. Overall very enjoyable stay.

Clean and convenient
Super clean, great location (if you're looking for an accommodation near to Busan Station), and good service. Modern facilities and this hostel provided everything from shampoo to toothpaste. Would totally recommend!

good hostel with a washing machine thats free to use. weekdays are empty, while the weekends are crowded. good size lockers and very clean all around. would recommend.

clean and comfortable with a good location near busan station. cereal and toast for breakfast. can wash clothes for free!!! no kitchen though. staff is rarely around, and are not very helpful. but still a great place to stay and will stay again next time i come back.

Not a bad stay
Facilities are good. Provide simple breakfast. Near to subway station and KTX. Surrounded by many restaurant, bar and motel. Mattress is hard, so you might feel uncomfortable if you are a light sleeper.

You can go to Busan Train Station to view the bridge view at the outside of the terminal. It's amazing night view for the bridge with led lighting.

convenient, high internet speed
The stay in this guesthouse is quite pleasant,. You can meet the traveller from different countries and the staff also can speak in English. The most remarkable thing for me is the network speed, it can be over 50 Mbps! There is not much choice of breakfast though, but it is close to Busan station, you can feel free to travel to anyplace within a short distance!

The staves were really helpful&area are very clean
Loved it. Highly recommend a stay here. Arrived early round 10ish in the morning & check in time is at 3pm. However, after cleaning (around 12ish), staves proceeded with my check in so i could catch some sleep. Warm staves definitely. No elevator means small bags or backpacks would be better option for traveler.

Hotel is clean and exactly as per picture shown. However, for family with toddler, room with attached bathroom is more suitable. Overall, not a dissapointment!

共同ではあるが、大きな冷蔵庫や洗濯機、食器がありとても便利でした。また、持って行ったコンセントがはまらなくて困っていたのですが、共有施設に急速チャージャーがあり助かりました。全体的にとても綺麗でよかったです。

事前にゲストハウスからチェックイン、チェックアウト、キーボックスの使い方などの連絡がありチェックインの時間以降に行くと、キーボックスから鍵を受け取りチェックインになります。チェックアウトは鍵をキーボックスに入れると完了です。スタッフさんにお会いしましたが丁寧に説明していただき、とてもよかったです。部屋には一人一つずつ鍵付きのボックスがあり荷物も安心でした。部屋も共同スペースもとてもきれいでした。釜山駅の近くで立地もよく、また利用したいと思いました。

韓国語がわからなくても、宿泊しやすいゲストハウス！
清潔感のあるゲストハウスでした。 利用案内の手引きは、韓国語、英語、日本語、中国が用意されているのがすばらしい！ 「建物の立地や外見」 　釜山駅から近いので、立地はいいです。 周辺は、レストランや商店、コンビニ、パブなどがあります。 「宿泊する部屋」 　各部屋に入るには、必ず鍵が必要になります。 外出の際、鍵はフロントに預けるか、フロント横のキーボックスに預けます。 部屋の中のロッカーはダイヤル式の鍵で、サイズは大きくて中にハンガーも用意されていて、洋服を収納することもできます。 部屋へ入るには、スリッパに履き替えるルールなので、中も清潔です。 このゲストハウスのドミトリーは、指定された部屋の中からベッドを先着順で、選ぶことができます。 どのベッドを誰が使っているのかは管理していません。 コンセントは、Cタイプで各ベッドにありました。 「パブリックスペース」 　机と椅子が並んでいて、30人くらい座れます。 ガイドブックや、地図、パソコン、キッチンなど、とても使い勝手がいいです。 「朝食」 　時間は7時から10時まで。 シリアル、トーストにジャムやマーガリンのシンプルな物です。 自ら準備する必要があります。 「WiFi」 　パブリックスペースにも、各部屋にも、いくつかのWiFiがあるので、場所によって使いやすいネットワークを利用できます。 「バスルーム」 　使いやすいサイズで、シャンプー、ボディーソープが用意してあります。 水圧は弱いです。 トイレではトイレットペーパーを、流してはいけないので、ゴミ箱に捨てます。

釜山駅からもアクセスが良く、施設もキレイで宿泊プラスで朝食も付いてくお得です！ お風呂は、シャワーだけです。服を置く場所が無いので袋などを活用するなど工夫が必要なところだけがマイナスです。

부산역과 부산항과 가까워서 좋은 게스트하우스!
부산역에서도 가깝고 항과도 가까워서 무척 좋아요 샤워장도 넓어서 좋으나 복도는 조금 더웠어요.. 그리고 방음이 조금 아쉽기는 했지만 주인분도 친절하고 가방도 미리 맡길 수 있어서 좋아요.

オーナーが、朝や、夜にいないので、聞きたいことがあっても聞く事が出来ない為、初めて行く人は、不便だと思います。その反面 何も気にせずに、くつろぐ事が出来ます。 古い建物ですが、掃除は、行き届いていて綺麗です。また、人気がないのか、金曜でも利用者がいなくて、6人部屋を一人で利用出来、快適でした。

このゲストハウスが高評価とは全く信じられない
悪い点はいくつもあります。 ここに泊まった他の方の評価が高いコメントばかりとはさっぱり信じられません。 立地が釜山駅、釜山港国際旅客ターミナルに近いということで選びましたがそこそこ歩きます。周囲にはロシア人風俗街があり、雰囲気は悪いです。 スタッフについては無人なので良いとも悪いとも言えません。ゲストハウスの利用方法はわかりやすいガイドが置いてあります(日本語版もあるがカウンターのまとめ置きされてる中からは見つけられず最初チェックインで困った)。 チェックインは上記の通り無人なので自力でやります。キーロッカーを開けて客室に入ると完了なのですが、キーロッカーのパスワードがわからず困りました。エクスペディアアプリ→ホテル予約画面の追加情報→「確認番号」がそれです。キーロッカーの張り紙に意味不明なヒント(〜数字列〜の下四桁ですよみたいな)が載ってますが惑わされないでください。そんな数字列ありません。 ちなみに韓国の法律は知りませんが、パスポートチェックを省略するのってセーフなんですかね？ ドミトリーの部屋は普通。ロッカーがナンバー式なので数字を他人に見られないよう気を使うのが面倒。 ベッドは端的にいって酷いです。清潔ですが、下のマットは固く、掛け布団はペラペラで薄い。2段ベッドの下で寝ましたが、上の人が寝返り打つたびグラグラ揺れる華奢加減なので一睡も出来ませんでした。 シャワーも酷いものです。お湯の勢いが全くない。いつまで経っても石鹸のぬるぬるがなくならず、普段の何倍もの時間を要しました。気にしませんでしたが着替えや道具を置く場所はなし。 ゲストハウスの仕組みを無人対応してる分、利用者に還元があればいいものの、値段は最安値でもなく、設備が最新どころかアナログ。寧ろ不快な要素がたくさんある。なぜ高評価なのでしょう。 私は二度と泊まりたくないですし、オススメは全く出来ません。

부산역 도보5분..투어다니기 편했고.. 룸..주방..화장실..샤워실 등등 모두 깨끗..사용하기 편했슴다.. 단 어린아이가 있는가족들은 별로..공동체 시설이기에..한번쯤은 경험해봐도 좋을만큼 강추

チェックイン・チェックアウトは基本、セルフで行います。カウンター横にあるセーフティーボックスはダイヤル式のロックがかかっているので、前もってメールで送られてくる暗証番号を使うと中にルームキーが入っています。出かける時やチックアウト時も、このセーフティーボックスに鍵を入れます。 タオルはカウンタ―横に山積みになっているので勝手に持っていきます。 荷物を預かってほしい時も、入り口付近に荷物置きの小部屋があるので、自分で荷物を入れて置き、勝手に取り出します。 カウンターのある部屋は土足OKですが、部屋に入る前に下駄箱があるのでそこでスリッパに履き替えて部屋に入ります。部屋とシャワー・トイレのエリアはスリッパを履いて過ごすので床は綺麗です。
