I liked that there was amenities we could use and the front desk receptionist were very helpful whenever we needed anything. The place is also near nice restaurants and other parts of the city. I would stay at this hotel again.

Perfect stay! It’s not near tourist spots but easy to get transportation. Parking is pretty easy. Enjoyed the fitness center as well! Room was clean and so comfortable.

This hotel had an excellent breakfast and outstanding fitness center was exceptionally clean and the rooms were large and very comfortable. Staff was helpful. The location is a bit far from the top tourist areas but most of them can be reached in 30 minutes or so with a cab.

The room was clean and provided with all the usual amenities, as expected. Basically a business person’s hotel, near the town hall. Luckily, that puts it on the main subway line to the more touristy areas. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. A good place to stay at a reasonable price, as long as you are OK with using the subway to get around.

Staffs are willing to deliver assistance, highly appreciate efforts they paid for attempting solving problems. However, the air conditioning is a disaster. Worst experience was automatically switching off every one to two hours. Unable to adjust temperature, again goes off suddenly once exceeds 23degree. Fail to reach front desk several times because the phone was not properly connected. You have to present yourself personally at lobby to seek for help.
