The hotel is well located within Nampo area. Walking distance to nearby eateries and shopping area. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Staff knows limited English, had to use Google translate. Checked in and asked where the washroom was, he said 8th floor. No washroom on that floor, went to the department store for the washroom. Took 2h 30min to use washer and dryer, not sure why the machines took so long. Shower was pulsating, needs maintenance. Closet was so dark had to use flashlight, safety deposit box doesn't work. Old and dated. Asked for taxi the next day, staff asked if we made reservation, we said no, he said we had to make it a week in advance which was strange. We asked where to take taxi at 5am, he said there are taxies along the street. He didn't even offered to call taxi for us and want us to wake up early and look for one in the morning, not sure if there would be any available. We went to the street to make sure. Flagged down a driver and asked if he could take us to the airport tomorrow morning, he said no. The next day at 3.30am, I went to the front desk to ask staff to call taxi for us, no one at desk from 3.30-4.30am. I found a staff doing laundry, he went to the front counter w/ me, he couldn't find staff and said there should be someone there. It was kind of him to go w/ me but he didn't even offer to call taxi. In the end we used Uber. Definitely don't recommend this hotel!

good for seafood and pocha lovers
spacious clean very comfortable; in a convenient location and can easily get to the subway either Jagalchi or Nampo. Just a 3 min walk to BIFF square and 5 min walk to Jagalchi market for seafood meals. if you are into pocha culture in the night then you will be happy to know there are plenty of tents set up in the area for the experience. Would be happy to stay here again :)

They claim to allow early 10 am check-in, and that was my request on booking site but we were allowed check-in only after 2pm. Also call for taxi service restricted to big cabs only( 40k won to airport) whereas hailing a cab outside hotel cost us less than 15k won.

The staff was excellent. They were very helpful when we were trying to get movie tickets(which we were never able to do) and they held our bags for us in the gap between checkout and our flight out of the city. The one suggestion I have is to put the time for the continental breakfast in the room somewhere. The first morning, we missed it by 30 minutes but we couldn’t find the info anywhere in the actual room.

Pros: - Very quiet room (didn't hear any people in next door rooms, and didn't hear any traffic, though close to a main road) - Overall clean room - Pleasant body wash, shampoo, and conditioner (with generous amounts) - Genuinely friendly and helpful front desk staff member (young male) - very close walking distance to many stores, restaurants, street food, etc. - very nice, modern refrigerator Cons: - Very dimly lit room (making the room a bit gloomy) - Front desk staff member---young female who didn't seem interested in being helpful---didn't know directions to any nearby convenience stores, which all of the staff should at least know one location - the heater didn't work in the middle of one night, so woke up very cold (addressed the issue and it was fixed the next day) - pillow very flimsy and non-supportive

the location was perfect. it was right in the heart of BIFF, Busan tower and Jagalchi Market. There is a bakery and cafe downstairs and easy access to the famous Sulbing dessert cafe for some yummy bingsu which is conveniently located on the third floor of the hotel. the rooms could be a little bit cleaner than I would like, but it was doable since we were out most of the day. would definitely recommend to family and friends for their trips to Busan.

This hotel is excellent! I loved it. The location is great. The service is impeccable. There is also free coffee machine in the lobby.

Great location as right in the middle of shopping streets and near to markets with lots of food. Booked deluxe family room and room size is good with view of busan tower. Small hotel with lobby at 6th floor & above located at side street. Not full amenties like big hotel chain. Overall, value for money given location & good size of room.

Very strict with check in timing. We arrive and left our baggage about 8-9am to which the reception assist to keep and returned later at 1.30pm. Unfortunately they told us that check in is strictly 2pm and we had to wait even when room was available. Notice the same for other guests waiting to check in. Nonetheless, we were granted access at 1.50pm when i made another enquiry and she notice me as a check in guest. The other feedback i have is the stain in the toilet. There seem to be very very obvious fecal stain on the wall of my room toilet. Despite staying four nights, the stain was never cleaned off. But i have to mention that i did not report this as that is expected from Housekeeping. Maybe Aventree can check after reading this feedback. Another negative feedback is the provision of mineral water. Room was made up but they did not supply any water so i called reception but have to self collect at the counter. Otherwise, the only thing going for this place is the location which is close to night market amd the subway.

Good location. Small hotel
Good location. Food n shopping all around. We booked 2 rooms n asked to be next to each other. One room had awful noisy hissing sound from the airconditioner. We requested room change and they gave us a room with no view with a wall infront which was quite creepy and dark. Hotel did not compensate us. We paid for a room with a view. That was unsatisfactory and totally disappointing. Breakfast hours are quite short and just a small spread thou sufficient if you are a small eater. There is no frontage to the hotel so you can easily miss it. Best to write down Aventree in Korean as most cab drivers cant converse or read English.

Mid level travel hotel. No tax refund. If you plan on visiting the traditional markets it is in convenient location. Free laundry (had one each of washer dryer functioning) (have to pay money for detergent). Def can hear street noise at night (was there two nights fri sat and both nights heard construction noise until midnight)

The location of the hotel is very convenient although it is about 10 minutes walk from the subway station. One thing which is worth to mention is that the water supply was suspended at around 9:45pm after we returned to the hotel. It was explained that the workers were cleaning the water tank and it caused inconvenience to us.

I found the used hygiene product on the floor beside my bed. It's disgusting!!! Although the staff arrange another room to me, but the feeling is not good. And my friend's room door left open after daily clean-up service.

Horrible Service Will not be back
We are happy with the room and the location however the service level of the staff is simply horrible. They initially refused to let us check in at 2pm (official checkin time) and said we can only check in at 4pm. Only until we became annoyed did they agree to let us check in. Note we landed in Busan at 7am so was feeling tired but they were not the least empathetic. When leaving the hotel, we asked the staff to arrange for a taxi 2 days in advance as we have to leave at 530am but they said they are not able to and asked us to walk out to the main road which is 500m away with our luggages at 530am! This has been the worst service we have experienced with any hotel in the world,

My family have had a very good experience here. The staff are good and friendly, especially a trainee she was so helpful. My family bumped into a typhoon at the last day of the trip. The hotel’s arrangement was good during the sudden situation.

Good location but don’t be fussy
The location of this hotel is good as it is along the main shopping street and closed to many attractions. As a guest of the hotel, u can get discount when you eat at Bb.q chicken which was yummy. The mall where aventree is located might be small, but it has a bakery shop, sulbing, bb.q chicken and an arcade. However, the room we had definitely doesn’t look like what the photo has shown on the websites. Hence, the first look at the room was disappointing. The design is dated with peeling wall papers. The breakfast buffet was basic and the food items were the same for the two days that I stayed. So a suggestion is for the hotel to change certain items if possible. The bed linens and towels have a strong chlorine smell... made me wonder if these are clean when used on my skin.
