I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The gym was airy, spacious, and well-equipped. Last, but not least, the breakfast buffet was delicious. At its basics, the beds were spacious and comfortable with high-quality linens and pillows. The rooms were well-soundproofed with blackout curtains so we were able to get a good night’s rest. There were also lots of details that made our stay that much more enjoyable. The shower had both a regular and rainfall shower head. The bathroom was equipped with a fancy bidet that keeps the seat warm and washes your butt lol. The breakfast buffet had cute cat-themed dish robots that efficiently cleared dishes away for you. The hotel is also conveniently located, with easy access to two metro lines. In summary, I’m really glad I picked this hotel to stay in for my trip to Busan. Everything was wonderful. I would gladly stay here again.

AC didn't turn on since it is not scheduled to operate until May during watmer days even if our room was 82F. Finally turned on when we complained. Everything else was good.

The staff service was very poor. We booked two rooms and the front desk gave us a room for four people. After we explained the situation, we were given another room, but not the one we requested.

Busan is a very spread-out city and the Avani Central Hotel is situated in really convenient location. Easy access to subway ( 200m walk to the entrance of Busan Financial District/Busan bank station - yes the station name was that long) which gets you around everywhere by changing to different lines. We loved the stunning sunrise views each morning and night-light views towards the mountain which we named it ‘second GamCheon village’ due to its pastel colored buildings on hills. The hotel room was very spacious and shower and bathroom facilities were so nice. We loved our stay and would love to come and stay again if we return to Busan. Thank you!

The room was spacious and clean. 3 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Hotel located in a quiet area with very limited dining options around. There is a 24h convenience store downstairs.

i would like to give 9/10 and the only tiny minus is the transportation. Little far from subway but still love to revisit this with all other aspects

It’s pricey compared to some other options, but if you want a nice hotel in the area, then it’s a reasonable price if you can get it for under $150/night. During my stay, my room was hot and when I complained they said they just switched over from a/c to heat. This dates the hotel a bit given that you don’t have real control over the room temp. The room doesn’t have any USB ports, whereas most modern hotels do. This is a drawback. However — the room is comfortable, the bed is very comfortable, the shower has excellent flow and heat if you’re looking for a relaxing rain shower 😜. Overall, the hotel is going to be much better than anything lower priced. But it could use some upgrades/updates. What I didn’t realize is that it’s in the same place as the Dream Theater, so if you are planning to go to a musical or other show there, then don’t even think twice about a different hotel. The convenience factor will win every time. I didn’t stay there when I went to Les Mis and ended up spending about $40 rt for my taxi. Had I realized it was in the same building, I would have booked Avani for that night. Some people complain about the lack of restaurants in the area, but this is more of a business area, so it’s understandable. However, nothing is really that far if you don’t mind walking 10 minutes. Overall, I recommend the hotel, but I wish I would have had a better outcome with my heat situation.

My room was lovely with a great shower. I loved the shower gel and shampoo. The hotel is in a business area that was quiet over the weekend but very close to the Jeonpo Café Street with lots of restaurants and cafes.

Nice business class hotel near the International Finance Center. It's not a touristy area which I considered a plus especially after seeing the crowds near Jagalchi and Haeundae. Seomyeon is nearby, and the touristy areas are easily accessible by lines 1 and 2 which are nearby.

Room was ready hours before but they wanted me to pay 11,000 eon per hour before 3pm check in. Doesn’t make any sense and doesn’t look good on customer service and retention efforts.

Had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, close to the subway line and the Gym was extremely well equipped. Only thing I did not like was the extra charge to use the sauna facilities.

Wonderful service! All the staff are very mannerly. Room is A perfect size with a beautiful view of the city climbing up the mountain. Beds are comfortable. Sunblock curtains are useful.Hotel is connected to the Dream Theatre so one can attend plays or musicals there without going outside and bad weather. Great breakfast!

It’s no ac because it’s central air they turn it to heater. Temperature in the room was 27c we couldn’t slept all night the host told us to open the window it didn’t help! We won’t come back

I was very disappointed by the lobby area and rude receptionist, which is far below my expectation. At front desk, the employee, without looking at me while doing something else, asked me if I would check in. He didn't even give a guide to essential information such as breakfast restaurant. From the front desk to the restaurant, this hotel workers needs to be positive and well-mannered. The facility is clean and efficient.
