Hotel was nice. The room was comfortable but not enough lighting. Breakfast could be improved. But would stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the beds were quite hard, as I’ve noticed is not unusual in Korea. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast. I wish they would take advantage of the excellent recycling system that Korea has. There was only one small trash can and no recycling bins.

部屋に入りテレビのリモコンが壊れているのに電源で入れる切るで画面も音も調整出来ず翌日リモコンを持って行き取り替えてもらいました。 翌日は今いる部屋を変われと言われました。初日空いていたのでアップグレードしたが予約した部屋はスタンダードだからと言われたけどそう言うことは最初にいってくれと行って断りました。いろいろ不愉快な気持ちになりました。スタッフの女の子たちはフレンドリーでとても良かったです。

사진보다 방이 훨씬 좁네요. 그냥 모텔이예요. 모텔치고는 숙박비가 비싸단 느낌입니다. 조식은 일반 게스트하우스랑 비슷하고요.

近海灘，有天台可自行上去洗衫。 房間wifi有時稍弱但天台wifi非常順，簡單早餐。附近有便利店。步行到地鐵站大約需十分鐘。

可愛い見た目で選びましたが、部屋も綺麗で2人で使うにも広くよかったです。 清掃もきっちり行き届いていました。 2泊しましたが、朝食は1回で良いかなーと思いました。 海雲台の中では立地は良いと思いますが、西面や、南浦洞のほうで遊びたいかたは海雲台はとても遠いのでおススメしません。 とにかく可愛いらしいホテルで泊まれて満足しました♩

Was not expected.. Too a small motel and dose not have any view with a tiny window. I found cigarettes in a window also. Breakfast was not good as well If you dont spend too much money for a hotel you can stay with this motel

Nice hotel

We have almost no complaints about our stay. Good location, friendly staff, clean and safe. The beds were very hard, and one bed seemed to be very hot from the heated floors. We also had to ask each day for an extra towel-we needed two but only one was replaced each time the room was cleaned. Would definitely stay again though.

The employees at the front desk were incredibly helpful. They were very accommodating when we needed something and also forthcoming with information about spots to eat within walking distance of the hotel! (Such yummy pork soup!) I liked the size of the room and layout. I loved the bathroom, but found it odd that there wasn't a shower curtain for the tub/shower...That however could simply be a cultural difference and by no means broke the enjoyment we had staying there. The complimentary breakfast was perfect, too!

좋았습니다

스탭분들 친절하고 주위 접근성 좋고 방 따뜻하고 자쿠지 되는 욕조있고 좋았습니다 두가지 불편한 점은 침대와 화장대사이가 의자를 넣고 뺄수없을정도여서 앉아서 준비하는데 굉장히 불편했습니다 욕실 거울밑이 흉할정도로 너무 녹이슬어서 그 녹이 basin으로 떨어집니다

만족스러워요!

우선 가격적인 부분에서 가장 큰 매리트가 있었던 것 같아요. 가성비 너무 좋았어요! 침대 크기도 컸으며, 방도 생각보다 큰 편이라 불편함이 없었어요. 혼자여서 더 편한 것도 있었겠지만요. 건물 전반적이나 로비도 깨끗한 편이었어요. 다만, 화장실 청소 부분이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.. 방 교체가 조금 귀찮아서 제가 대충 청소하고 사용하긴 했지만 좀 찜찜했어요. 그리고 청소요청을 안해도 매일 방정리를 해주시는 것 같아요. 해운대역에서는 그렇게 멀지도 가깝지도 않지만 괜찮았습니다. 조금만 나가면 해운대 해수욕장이 있어서 바다 보기에 너무 편하고 좋았어요. 재방문 의사는 물론 있습니다.

Quiet and Cost-effective

房間很新，雖然離地鐵有點距離，但離海雲台海灘很近，每天早上到海灘旁邊慢跑很方便，,浴室很大、水量充足熱水穩定，住三天第一天沒有給牙膏、第三天忘了給沐浴乳，床不是很平整但睡得還不錯，很安靜，其他都很好，毛巾浴袍每天都換新的，熱水壺是我看過最乾淨的。櫃台會親切打招呼，一般飯店櫃台比較冷淡。 The room is quite new, even the boiler is very clean. Big bathroom and stable hot water. The hotel is welcoming and close to the beach, easy to take a walk or jog along the beach. Very quiet and Cost-effective。

벌써 세번째 연박 투숙객

최근 운영업체가 변경되어 모든 직원이 바뀌었더라구요. 새 직원분들이 불칠절하진 않았지만 그전 분들이 너무 친절해서 상대적으로 조금 기대에 못미친다는 느낌이 들었습니다. 해운대 갈때마다 3-4박씩 연박을 이곳에서 여러번 해서 이제 익숙한 곳입니다. 청결도는 나무랄때없고, 객실내 티비 리모컨이 잘 되지않아 매번 침대에서 일어나서 채널을 돌려야했던 불편함이 있었습니다. 히터/에어컨도 작동후 시간이 좀 지나야 따뜻해지기 시작했구요. 지난번엔 그러지 않았는데... 방마다 점검이 필요해보입니다. (침구가 따뜻해 이불속에 들어가면 춥지는 않습니다) 아크블루의 가장 큰 단점! 어두워요... 화장하려면 화장실로 여러번 왔다갔다.... 근데 화장실에 화장품둘 곳이 없어서 방에서 정말 여러번 왔다갔다.... ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ.... 이런점을 제외하면 가성비 최고입니다.

また泊まりたい！

まず立地は海雲台駅から徒歩7分程度ですが、新羅ステイやアビスアンバサダーホテルの近くで東横イン海雲台2の二つ隣位と分かりやすく、また海雲台ビーチまでもすぐです！駅に行くまでに飲食店、カフェやオリーブヤングなどがたくさんあり、便利です。 一番よかったのは受付スタッフの方が皆さんとても愛想良くて、ホテル入り口のドアを 開けた瞬間立ち上がって挨拶して下さり、とても気持ちよかったです。日本語が話せる方はいなかったですが、簡単な英語で分かりやすく、問題なかったです。 今回ダブルツインの部屋に泊まりましたが清潔感もあり、広さも問題なかったです。またコンセントは日本のそのまま使えるものが2つあり助かりました。 宿泊費も安く、立地も問題なく、スタッフの方の対応もよかったのてぜひまた泊まりないです。
